Hello, I love mods and I want to make them for GTA 5. But, I have no idea how to start, Ragehook or Scripthook? Which software do I use (Visual Studio or other)? How do I actually configure GTA 5 using software? If you think GTA 5 may be too much for a beginner, which game would you recommend to mod? (Preferably one that can handle a police mod).

Hello, I'm a beginner to coding. But I don't seem to understand mod development for GTA 5, it's something I've wanted to start but I have no real idea how. What kind of software should I use? Which tool should I start with (Scripthook, ragehook,)? I was really hoping the mod community here could help me!
