This pack is based off of Cobourg Police Service in Ontario, Canada. This pack is not meant to be 100% accurate and there will be differences.
I felt that there aren't enough packs out there for this little town and that Grapeseed needed some love finally. If enough people want a different city I can look into doing that.
IF there are any other vehicles you want textures for just let me know in the comments or pm's.
IMPORTANT
- The entire pack is optimized for the vehicles in TickleMyElmo's LSPD pack.
- This is not supposed to be a direct copy of the Cobourg Police Service, it is simply inspired by it and is no means 100% accurate.
- The 2017 silverado texture is made for the previous version of TickleMyElmo's silverado. It will not fit the most current version as I cannot find a template for the updated silverado. This is also why it has no custom plates.
- The 2019 Tahoe is for DanwiththeVans updated 2019 Tahoe and the most current tahoe in TickleMyElmo's LSPD pack. It will not fit TheHurks. IF people want a skin for TheHurks tahoe, I will do one.
Do not upload this pack to any other sites or attempt to redistribute it as your own.
I am not responsible for any issues that could be caused to your GTAV. Always BACKUP your files and install my textures to their proper spots.
IF you want to use it for your FiveM server just ask me first.

Here's a bit of a change up from my normal work. This is something I had for personal use. I always found the tree cover, especially in Paleto Forest, quite minimal, so this adds over 5000+ trees to the map.
There are also some other props used on top of that, including some fun Easter eggs. Paleto Bay has been mildly redone too, adding additional signs, trees and traffic lights that Rockstar missed out on.
Here's the list of all the areas that have been redone:

Don't worry, I'll be returning to vehicles soon. This was just because a lot of people on Discord asked about it, and this is easier to share it than clogging up my MediaFire which is for *cough* very important projects.
As far as I'm aware, this doesn't cause massive texture loss or FPS loss on my PC, which is is Mid-Range. If you're having issues with this mod, then it's not up to me to fix it. I'd suggest searching other, better optimised forest mods.
ALSO, as far as I'm aware, there are no issues with scenario paths, such as planes (like the crop duster in Grapeseed) or any of the story missions.
For Autumn (Fall for you yanks) Trees, you'll need this mod:
I provide how to install for NVR and an oak tree texture fix in my Readme with this file.
This is the one file I don't mind being used in FiveM. Please feel free to use this in FiveM, just credit me 🙂

Bring immersion to your GTA V / LSPDFR experience with Stow That Weapon, a highly customizable RPH plugin that visually stores your long guns and shotguns on your character when they're not in use. Weapons are attached realistically to your player, complete with attachments, tint, and fully adjustable positioning to suit your preference. With full AI support, the same realistic stowing behavior can be applied to NPCs as well - making patrols and scenes feel even more authentic.
The Features
Automatic Weapon Stowing: Once you switch away from an accepted weapon, it's automatically placed on your character until needed again.
Customizable Weapon Positions: Fine-tune weapon placement with adjustable offsets and rotation to achieve the perfect fit on your character.
Customizable Weapon List: Define exactly which weapons should be stowed via configuration settings.
Live In-Game Settings Menu: Use the built-in menu (default key F5) to tweak most settings on the fly, including positioning offsets and rotation.
Attachment Support: Stowed weapons display their attachments and accessories, with optional support for addon components.
AI Support: Enable weapon stowing for AI peds, with separate customizable settings, including only enabling support for cops or all peds.

Installation
Installation is as simple as dragging the contents of the zip file to your GTA V folder.
BackWeapon.dll and BackWeapon.pdb will end up in the plugins folder and RAGENativeUI.dll is in the main directory.
Please note if you already have RAGENativeUI installed, it is recommended to keep whichever is newer.
Load with RPH.
Notes and Resources
GTA V NOTE: Sometimes the GTA V folder gets set as read-only. This may prevent the plugin from writing to the ini file which would likely result in a crash. Please ensure your GTA V folder is not set to read-only before using this plugin.
MENU NOTE: Almost all settings can be changed by the menu except the accepted weapons and addon components lists, which must be manually edited within the BackWeapon.ini file. The ini file can be reloaded via the Reload ini File menu option. The only setting that requires the plugin to be reloaded is EnableAI. Changing this in game will not have an effect until the plugin is reloaded.
INI NOTE: The .ini file is not provided with the download and is instead generated if it does not exist on first load of the plugin. If it does exist, the plugin will check for missing values and add them.
ADDON COMPONENTS NOTE: AddonComponents in the ini file is to be used if you have any addon weapon components (all default weapon components are already accounted for), so that they show up on the stowed weapon. You add them using the name (i.e., COMPONENT_AT_AR_FLSH) and separate multiple values with a comma.

A legit copy of Grand Theft Auto V RAGE Plugin Hook
Installation:
1. Copy the files from the .zip into your Grand Theft Auto V\Plugins\ folder.
2. Check the .ini file in Grand Theft Auto V\Plugins\BodyCam\ and adjust the settings and keybinds to your liking.
3. Load the plugin via the RAGE Plugin Hook settings or ingame via the console and enjoy 🙂
How to use the custom logo/sound:
Logo: Place a .png with the logo of your choice (and preferably transparent background) in the Grand Theft Auto V\Plugins\BodyCam\ folder and name the file "custom.png".
Sound: Place a .wav file with the sound of your choice in the Grand Theft Auto V\Plugins\BodyCam\ folder and name the file "custom.wav".
Don't go too crazy with the logo/sound files and keep them as small as possible in terms of file size. Larger sizes might cause issues/crashes.

This is a pack I have been working on for the better part of the last month in a half, and I am actually very proud of it. The pack is based on Fort Worth, but the actual cars are not accurate to those, just the liveries, window templates, and lightbar are equal to Fort Worth and some of the pushbar setups. The pack comes with 13 different vehicles ranging from SUVs like FPIUs and Tahoes, Pickup trucks like Silverados and Sedans like the CVPIs and Chargers, among many other cars. A: I use RadianceV to make my lights bright, you will need something like this or another mod like it to make your lights as bright as mine.

Q: How do I install X?
A: I tried including the most in depth installation instructions I could find, but I know when I was new to LSPDFR didnt know anything about installing stuff, so if you have any questions you are feel free to comment with it. There are also instructions though which again, I tried making as in depth as possible to help you out.
Q: X isn't working why?
A: You may be doing something wrong, or I may have fucked something up. If you do find a bug or have a question please comment with a screenshot or video to give me a better idea of what is wrong and I will get back to you.
Q: My lightbar and windows are tinted :(
A: So there is a way to remove the tint from automatically spawning on most vehicles, which ive done for almost every model but sometimes it doesnt work like for example in the pranger or FBI slots, so you will need to use the vehicles.meta to turn that off, it also includes better handling. Made by @Slendis

For Emergency Lighting System V
With London planning on banning diesels and reconsidering the use of petrol cars the Met has started looking at alternative fuel methods for their fleet. This is one of the latest cars expected to be tested for the role of area car. The Volkswagen Passat GTE Estate is a plug-in hybrid meaning it has an electric motor and petrol engine. The Met Police are expected to be testing hybrid versions of vehicles for every role over the coming year. This is based on a real car as seen at the NAPFM 2017 event.
Please note this model only features a basic interior I am not focusing on fully functional interiors at the moment, this may be revisited in the future.

MANUAL INSTALLATION :
Make a new folder somewhere on your desktop, name it anything Move Both the Vehicle folder and vehicle.oac file out of this .rar pack into the folder you just created on the desktop Open 'OpenIV' and go to your GTA V Directory. In 'OpenIV', go to the 'x64' folder, then audio > sfx > resident.rpf ( it is advised that you use your mod folder instead of vanilla ) Inside Resident.rpf should be 16 .awc files. Import openformats, navigate to the folder you put the Modern Siren Pack 'vehicles' folder and the 'vehicles.oac' in and select the 'Vehicles.oac' save and you're good to go. Respond Code 3 ! OIV INSTALLATION : OIV INSTALLATION :
1) Run OpenIV
2) Select Tools > Package Installer (Located on the toolbar at the top)
3) Locate 'Modern Siren Pack.OIV'
4) Select 'Open'
5) Choose 'MODS folder' to install in.
6) Respond Code 3.

sergeantFrank reacted to mightytitanicguy for a file, Grand Theft HeathrowThis mod makes the default LSIA a close to looking as Heathrow as possible. It changes the static planes, signs, hangers and even the train station! I'll continue to update it. This will be my main mod. just like with any mod though this is an early version and isn't any where near what I want the final product to look like. I will ad bill boards and even edit the speaker/announcement sound to resemble Heathrow so stay tuned ;) . Like I said just remember THIS ISN'T FULLY FINISHED, more will come! Enjoy!
