    Are you sure it's the BLM pack? The BLM pack only contains a SUV. The NOAA vehicle is a pickup truck.

    Where does the vehicle NOAACARA come from? I see it in the SpecialUnits.xml but I don't see a link to the NOAA Truck you have photographed in the mod pictures.
