This old gal had been sentenced to run out the rest of her life behind a chain link fence, watching as the city grows and as time moves on without her. 
 
Sure, the Vic has seen its time, and I'm sure our local officers are enjoying the creature comforts and fuel efficiency the old Fords simply never had. But to me, there's just somethin' about the old Vic's that the new Chargers and Tahoes the city bought just don't have: character."

For those who loved Gump's KSCO Tahoe in the non-ELS days, I present my first project which is currently undergoing testing but should be released in a few days. To pretty much sum up how this started. Gump made me learn zmodeler in order to make an ELS version of it, and damn did it come out nice!(better if I say so myself, *cough* )

I usually like mine from Forza Horizon 3. I'm horrible at taking screenshots, but @Problematic was asleep so I had to take them myself. First world problems. Some small nit picky shit i need to fix, but then the car should be complete.

Hello people of LCPDFR, I know some of you guys have waited a long time for a KWPD pack or vehicle to be released for ELS, that's coming very soon, I'm proud to announce that this will be released in a few days, I've worked really hard to get this car right.  hope you enjoy some of the features shown in the picture.
