    Hi! I've been playing a little of .3 and am loving it so far! Thanks for all of your hard work, guys. Could anyone please explain what the open/close road feature (from the interaction menu on foot) is supposed to do? That's the one thing I haven't quite figured out yet.

    Is there a way for me to set only one livery to ever randomly spawn? For example, I want sheriffs to always spawn with the blaine county livery. Apologies in advance if this is a stupid question - I really did look through the other questions to see if it was already answered, I swear! :)
