    These are some creative skins that I made up for the 2014 Charger over the past week. They are not based off real departments, and are not meant to be taken that seriously. They feature some departments that don't technically exist in-game. I am completely aware, but am also aware that most people have the departments they want already and don't need new skins for them. So use them and be happy yall.
