This has happened to me for some time now and after searching Google I found the solution that had helped me again. This video helped me solve the problem: This may help you.

Try selecting in the RagePluginHook settings the "Force Windowed mode" option under the "Game Settings"> "Command line switches" tab. I already had this problem and at least it solved me.

Try to open RagePluginHook and then go to RagePluginHook's settings, there try to change value 'Plugin timeout threshold' to '60000' from '10000'. Then 'Save and Launch' and see if that gives you any results.

From what I've seen on several forums, it looks like Menyoo has been crashing the game since the last update. Try to delete the Menyoo files as this may be causing problems.
