Thanks! I am a fan of all blues myself, this pack was just me experimenting. I never really did a Red/Blue pack before and I was testing the waters. -
I do not use NVR, I currently use MVGA.

While not every detail is perfected, I am happy with where it is as of right now. Since Cj24 updated his Code 3 RX2700, I decided to update this pack. Check the version details for a changelog. Thank you, I am aware of several issues with that Explorer base. I will work for a significant improvement to that bases so that I can use without issues in the future.

While it is far from perfect, I feel like I have spent a lot of time on it in the midst of being in school and what not. So, yes for you nitpickers, I am well aware that this pack is severely flawed... I know. With this said, there is not need to take out minor details in the reviews, simply send me a DM with what is wrong and I will add it to the list of things to fix. I have been notified of some compression issues with this pack, if you are having texture issues, let me know so I can get a patch out ASAP. For me all of the vehicles work. I attempted to make this pack accurate with the equipment SCHP uses. Not all of it is 100% but I am satisfied with it's state as of this moment.
