  6. No, there is a texture for that as well. I probably used an existing emissive texture You will need to find all red emissive textures and make them blue. Here is the emissive texture I used for the reverse lights, simply copy and paste the blue texture over the red and it should work

    Another FiveM ready project. But seriously though, in this day where opioid overdoses are rampaging, most police agencies will have some Narcan in their cars to combat this. Here is a low poly version I whipped up. Poly Count: 6 Vert Count: 24

  9. Yeah I am having the same issue. I wish that Othrin guy would fix his damn pack.
  10. I believe I've added provisions for addons, however: The dlc coding will make it such that it will not work. You can however use the carvariations.meta, vehicle.meta. and the cars provided to "transplant" to your game. If someone would be willing to create an addon for this pack specifically, I will not hesitate to upload it and credit them for their work. Edit: The reasoning for this being the final update: This pack is lackluster in the area where my current skills lie and therein do not reflect my current standards. Future work will include higher fidelity base models and equipment as well as the options for server owners to purchase Non-ELS versions of the ELS packs posted online.
  11. All of the files needed to change it to all blue is included. Be sure you are installing the blue light textures properly. Everyone else has their B&Bs working.

  13. Edit the vehicle.meta file. For the Explorer use GRESLEY for the handling for the Tahoes use BALLER2

  16. The base design hasn't changed since the 90s. They recently darkened the blue in the stripes and lightened the gold in the State Trooper decals and moved to westin wraparound pushbars for the Dodge Chargers. These can be found within the files. Just reference the yft files
  17. You need to use a different handling line in the meta (mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/levels/vehicles.meta) Press Ctrl+F and search for the yft file name, I believe I put it as fbi2. Then look for "vehicle handling" and set it to "GRESLEY", that should fix the rolling over, has nothing to do with the model itself.
