    I love the look of this car and all the lights on it. I can't find the correct handling line, no matter which line I use the fpiu flips at all corners. If I can find the proper handling line for this car in the sheriff2 slot, I will give this a 5 star. I have tried all police handling lines including riot and a lot of handling lines of suvs.

    I'm new to lcpdfr, I want to learn how to make some mods, or atleast learn how to make my own cars, with skins, and adding the lights. I want to be able to customize every aspect of the car if possible. Is there a free program that is easy to use for a beginner?

    I am trying to install lcpdfr onto windows 8.1. I have a steam copy of Gta 4 and Gta Episodes from liberty city. I keep getting errors due to a Msvc_110.dll file (so far only mscvp110.dll and msvcr11.dll) I tried the automatic install, and the manual install. My game runs perfectly fine but lcpdfr will not start up. I would really like to get this fixed as fast as possible. I am not the most tech literate person, but when it comes to modding, I know basically nothing, Here is my log:
