  3. So, I installed the Improved Spotlight and LED lighting. v 2.0 mod (which can be found here), and my lights on every police vehicle is now, broken? Here's a video.

  9. You did wrong, you only download LCPD First Response 1.1 Manual Install.rar, nothing else.
