  1. Thanks guys for the quick response guys. I got everything to work today.
  2. Hey guys, I've been trying to upload my new profile picture and banner all day, but every time I get an error -200 milliseconds after submitting the file. Any know problems going on right now, or is it just my account?
  3. To open a GTA IV .wft in Zmod3, you open it in Zmod2 and export it as a z3d. As far as the actual conversion process, I'm still trying to figure that out. I know how to convert cars, but accessories seem to be a different situation. Unless I'm overthinking it.
  4. Head over to Zmodeler's website. You can find some help in the forums, which is where I've learned what I know from. Or if you'd like, I can make the model for you.
  5. You need to map the rambar to vehicle_paint instead.
  6. An in-depth (although slightly techincal) tutorial on creating collisions can be found Here. I'll try to help clear things up if you need after you read.
  7. Here's my WIP as I learn to model. Unfortunately I don't have permission from the original creator to release...
  8. My build runs GTA V @ 60 fps, mostly maxed settings. [see signature for specs]
  9. Hey guys, I've decided to try my hand with making some car models, but to be honest I'm pretty damn confused about the whole thing. Anyway, the specific issue I'm facing right now is some missing minor details. As you can see in the pictures, Zmodeler3 shows the taxi sign and license plates, but in the game they're non existent. I didn't make the model, I just put the taxi sign on. Also I think the LOD's are messed up because when you get further away from the taxi, it looks like the original stanier with the new skin. But I'm not sure if that would be something with the original model, or something I did. Original model was made by F5544
  10. That's the size the template was, and I didn't think to resize it.
  11. 4096x4096 After increasing the resolution, the total image looks like this, and I think that's a lot better.
  12. The resolution is 1200x1200, and one mipmap. I know how I can change the resolution, but I'm not even sure what a mipmap is.
  13. Here's an example. Here's an example. I'm not sure if there's something I need to do to the image ( meaning the badge), or perhaps that's as good as it gets.
  14. I can't view the fragment object in OpenIV. I've got version 2.6.4.642 Any idea why?
  15. Hey guys, I was hoping someone could help me out with this. I've started making textures for vehicles (specifically CVPI, Impala, Charger, and any realistic vehicle that comes out) and I've had a bit of an issue. Whenever I add an existing logo, Such as the SAHP Badge, It just looks like crap. The edges are completely jagged, and the text is barely readable. Can anyone provide some guidance here? I'm using Photoshop CS6, and have access to everything from that suite.
  16. Obviously. By the way, love the model. By chance do you have any others in the works?
  17. I love that Highway Patrol Skin. Would you mind if I make a skin for the CVPI and Charger with the same badge, @Bxbugs123 ?
  18. SgtManley replied to kethro's topic in Legacy
Yeah never mind. I got a game crash a few minutes ago, and now I'm barely getting 45 fps.
  19. So, can you add a wrap around ram bar to the CVPI, so there would be a better chance of pitting without damaging it?
  20. Pretty self-explanatory title, for the past two days whenever a pursuit is initiated, it never goes above 30 mph and somehow their vehicles become strangely overpowered. The only way I can stop the pursuit is to kill the driver.
  21. SgtManley replied to kethro's topic in Legacy
I had the same issues until I updated to RPH 24 and installed VisualV. Now I hold a constant 60 fps. I have noticed, however, that GTA V acts a little weird with the 970 every now and then.
  22. Do you have all the required .asi files installed? in OpenIV go to Tools > ASI Manager and make sure both of those are installed.
  23. I am going to install this right now. Any issues I find will be reported.
