First of all, im really disappointed that some big names have left and are selling thir mods behind a paywall ( damn muricans and their capitalism). I've always thought that people who make mods, do it in their free time because they like doing it. No one is forcing you... Now all of the sudden y'all are trying to make a living out of "modding". I understand that it takes hours, i've tried making car models myself and i understand that some very very high quality models are behind a paywall, but boycotting the site and deleting all your mods then making them behind a paywall is fucking dumb. Secondly, i dont know what part of "we cant control what happens outside of our site" you guys dont understand... Do you want Sam to take an ar and start hunting people who rip off mods? The only proposals i've seen from you completely go against the nature of lcpdfr.com... From all those years in this community, now you understand that uploading any file to this site makes them PUBLIC????? ANYONE can download that and the staff can do nothing about it. They arent the fbi, cia, interpol, kgb or whatever. If you want to make a living out of your mods, go for it. In conclusion, If you don't want your mods ripped off, go ahead and put them behind a paywall, enjoy making( what, 100 euro a month or smth?) from them. Uploading mods to this site makes them available to everyone and if someone wants to make harm, they will anyway. I advise forgetting all about this and bring back the pleasure of making mods becuase you like doing so and not because you are trying to make 40-50 euro per sale, cuz im sure there are less than 20 people here willing to pay so much fucking money for mods. I also tried uninstalling my graphics mods to no avail. I don't get how in 0.3 this issue didn't exist, but now in 0.4 it's non-stop.

Hello, since lspdfr 0.4 came out i have been having problems with texture loss. The texture loss is instant after i boot up the game. My pc specs are the following: 1080ti sc black, i7 8700k, both non oc, 16 gb 4000 mhz ram , samsung evo 970 etc.. Narrowing down the possible problems i found out that the cause of the texture loss was the addon vehcles( about 6-7). I play on ultra setting and have natural vision and visual v. Last patch, i had about 100 addon vehicles with no problem( plus like 40 different mods). Mind that my gameconfig is not modded. When i tried putting the latest game config from gtavmods.com ( the limitless vehcles one, the most downloaded) my game didnt even want to start. I tried other gameconfig files, tried modding it myself but nothing worked... If someone could help me it would be greatly appreciated. For now, it's unplayable if i have addon vehicles.

THANK YOU! I thought i had it on false, but it was on true. I would never have thought about the proload thingy. BUT, this helped me to some extent. With the vanilla gameconfig, the game seems fine up until 15-20 minutes of gameplay, then the texture loss appears again. With the modded gameconfig ( the limitless one form gta5com) the game crashes saying out of memory. So i have to use the vanilla one. This is very strange, I never had this problem before and it's very frustruating. I suspect that the vanilla gameconfig doesnt allow extra memory for the game and that's why the texture loss appears, even with preloadmodels on off. Any further help would be greatly appreciated! Generally speaking paid or unpaid if your speaking from a position of power or assumed power derived from a company or group it is no longer your personal opinion but the opinion of that company or group. I work directly with Medic4523, We constantly explain to our staff members that handle everything from moderation to support cases that they speak with our voice because we put them in those positions to assist people so they need to be aware of what they are saying and how as it reflects on Medic's name/brand.

i was  never worried , large companies and groups of anti modding communities have tried and failed and in the GTA community alone its happened over the last couple years from the game devs themselves and they failed.
 
Some childish moderator was never gonna shut us down . Maybe chase us to different websites but if thats what the staff wanted they have got even closer  with this nonsense.
