​I'm glad to hear that LCPDFR is working now. I think the problem with Police Helper is that it just doesn't work with some other mod installed. Gotta be careful when having several mods installed, especially mods like LCPDFR which has so much content. Anyways, have fun will LCPDFR!

​Depends. What version of LCPDFR do you have installed? And did you have any version of ELS installed before you installed ELS 8.5 R-001? I suspect that you updated ELS wrong, in which case you should probably completely reinstall ELS. Follow these steps to reinstall ELS: 1) Remove all ELS files in your GTA 4 directory 2) Run the game (Make sure ELS is not installed when you run the game) 3) Load a game save, and then quit once it's done loading (That's so the scripthooks recognize that ELS was removed in a session. Hard to explain :P) 4) Download ELS 8.5 (R-001) and install it properly 5) Run GTA 4 and check if everything is working properly Tell me if that works. If it doesn't, then give me a full list of all the mods you have installed and their versions (Including LCPDFR). Also, what version of GTA 4 do you have installed and do you have any DLC's installed? It's best to give me as much information as possible so I can help you to the best of my ability. I hope I was able to help :D

Oh yes, thanks for reminding. I'm not completely sure, but I think the DVD versions downloads all the components required upon first startup. If it doesn't, then he wouldn't be able to play GTA at all

Looks like the problem is with the AdvancedHook. I also see an exception occurs when ELS is used. Make sure you have ELS 8.5 and LCPDFR 1.1. I think what you have is an outdated version of ELS, which isn't compatible with LCPDFR. Download ELS 8.5 here. Download LCPDFR 1.1 here. Tell me if that works, hope it helped :D
