This mod adds construction from Panorama Drive to Seaview Road To add, immersive to GTA 5, I decided to make this mod because there repavveming the roads in my neighborhood and Joshua road has a lot of stop sign violating just like the neighborhood I live in and my local police department likes to sit in parking lots and on the side of the road blacked out and do stop sign enforcement but they can't. Because of the construction so i figure ill implement construction into GTA 5 so I can't do stop sign enforcement in the area i love to do it in to. And before you ask why don't I sit in the parking lot on Joshua and Seaview i do, but because of this construction I will not, for the time being, since traffic will probably see me sitting there
