You can force a call out by pressing alt F11

A Chevy Corvette C6 would be cool a Z06 would be even better. I have to admit my second car is a corvette, a C4 though. My 1st car is a Volvo C70.

That's part of the new ped arrest system. Actually just e next to them will bring that up. You can now hold them, so you can frisk a group of them now.

yea it can be a fun keyboard.... I have it as well. Though one of my favorite things about it, it has some game profiles pre-built. GTA was one of them. When it loads the GTA profile it disables the windows key. So nice now when I miss the ALT key, my game no longer into lingo. I had some problems with keys, I learned that it was better to record the macro vs assigning the keys. Seems that delay between the ALT and key was needed.

2 options, option 1 save it to your desktop and then copy it back to the GTA folder option 2 right click on the file uncheck the read only if its checked. you may also have to click on the security tab and make sure everyone has full access to it. Option 1 though is sometimes the easiest.

If want an easy way to make them bright with out affecting anything else, you can edit the visualSettings.dat file. go to this line # Other emissive lights car.defaultlight.emissive.on 75.00 Mine is at 75 (as you can see) I wouldn't go over 80, but you can if you want wont really hurt anything. This will affect the taxi ads and top lights as well. That file can be found Program Files (x86)Rockstar GamesGrand Theft Auto IVcommondata

Yea I would go with Premium, the only thing you may get from Ultimate is the language pack and drive encryption (aka bit locker). I will admit I have Ultimate, but my home network is over the top compared to most. I have a domain controller running, so I had to have it so it can join a domain.

Some folks have this issue with moded cars. If you have them, try changing the below setting to true. (Its located in the FirstResponse.ini file) PreloadAllModels = False

Just replace the 2 ELS files. Leave the dsound and scripthook stuff LCPDFR installed. It will work for ELS as well as LCPDFR.

Its done using spark as well. Go over to youtube and do search for spark, there are some better vids that have commentary and will show you how to add cars and I believe change the skins.

There is a different version of Spark for EFLC. However it works the same as the spark for GTA so the video concepts should still be the same. just google spark eflc

Not bad for your 1st one 8-) @ Tom I don't know if you ever seen any of my videos, but they are all done with fraps and WLMM. Seems odd you can't get the same quality.
