So after a few weeks off I am back, ive been working on this one vic for about a week now and I was inspired after my trip to Los Angeles this month, this will be an entire pack and is 100% accurate to my knowledge (Missing laptop for now.) The base 2006 CVPI is by @OfficerUnderwood and is STILL BETA he knows of the bugs and they are still being fixed, this is not the final version and same goes for the LAPD upfitting :) Thanks!
