Hello LCPDFR Community, I just re-installed LCPDFR, (I didn't have the Diagnostictool.exe, ineseri told me to re-install it and make this post) Anyway, So my game keeps crashing at the loading menu ever since I got a new car mod, I was told to use the DiagnosticTool.exe, but I looked in my folder and it wasn't there.
