    This pack contains a blue uniform for both Highway Patrol and State Police textures for San Andreas, pick which one you want to use. The uniforms are the same, with the badges and patches changed to match the agency. Meant to be paired with my SAHP/SASP CVPI and Tahoe Paintjob Pack Install: Find this file in OpenIV and replace the textures in the "texture dictionary" files with the ones from this download.     This is meant to be paired with my AST Style SAHP/SASP Uniform Pack. Comes with CVPI skins for both Highway Patrol and State Police as well as one Tahoe skin for each agency. Install: Using OpenIV, go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday3ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf and, in edit mode, open the "texture dictionary" file for the vehicle models you use for CVPI and Tahoe and replace the old skins/liveries with the ones from this download. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yg2ktEQ9FT4

    I took the gunnut_01 model and replaced the head with the balaclava head from m_y_swat and retextured the vest for police, I use it to replace my fbi guys.

    yeah I know the FBI isn't very accurate but I used a real FBI badge and logos for the armpatches, basically the main point was to replace "FIB" with "FBI" because fib annoys me lol
