In the midst of hot summer many people are in a rush to go to the beach, during the past 2 days Blaine County alone has had 4 Fatalities due to speeding, many residents are worried that the ageing patrol cars are going to be a problem with catching speeders. Pictured here taken Yesterday, A few patrol cars have been spotted in Rural Blaine County, Due to the mayor denying the county to take a rental fleet, the county still cant afford the new Crown Victoria still being 3 years overdue. A statement from the Sheriff said "We need some serious money to upgrade our fleet, we still have a Plymouth in our fleet for god sake! the other day a.. a deputy almost fell through the floor board of a patrol car which has 400,000 miles on it." We asked the mayor for comment but denied to answer.

The LSPD in 1992 was well-hated by the African-American residents of Southern San Andreas, but none more hated by the gangs of that area - the Families and the Ballas.
