An improved Enforcer with multiple generic liveries support, a secondary license plate (as law enforcement vehicle recognition), and ELS lights with Takedown or Steady-Burn feature.
Configuration follows the ELS v8.5 standards, and for the Takedowns or Steady-Burns to work, you will need ELS v8.5 here:
 

It's been a long time I didn't upload any files here. Well, this is my first vehicle modification that suits very well to the original game, for people who wants originality rather than having lots of modded cars like in real life that led you to unprecedented bugs like taxis everywhere. Well, here's the details:
My first Stanier police cruiser for GTA IV using Ekalb's Enhanced Cruiser as a basis made with different lightbar.
The lightbar is Federal Signal Vector with low-poly made by F5544 and is non-ELS. The version is highly compatible in making movies via ingame Video Maker/Editor.
This cruiser follows-up the NOoSE Cruiser by removing the indicator lights located at the top rear of the default lightbar and replaced with tail lights used by NOoSE Cruiser (as I happen to found that removing it will remove the rear indicator lights located near the tail lights).
I have added one or two world objects in the cruiser to decorate it, thus adding a bit realism to the game, having it similar to the mock-up P71 CVPI and modern CVPI.
I was hoping to enhance the mod further, but this is the best I can do. Ekalb has provided his mod (Vapid Cruiser Vector by EKALB) open for everyone to encourage the modding community, so I'd like to say, without him, this mod will be impossible.
By perspective, it is indeed similar to default IV police/NOoSE cruiser, but the difference is the lightbar.

If anyone has ever looked into/played the Callouts+ script, an API for LCPDFR, you might apt to hear about street racing callout. If racers got supercars, will you give up the chase or let the Speed Enforcement or ESU take care of it? If you choose option 2, you better get yourself strapped in to this beauty.
The Albany Stinger Cruiser HSI Unit is the perfect choice for street racing problem. It is faster, stronger, and typically, more efficient than standard police cruisers the LCPD's finest have. It has a powerful V8 engine that is suitable for interception and speed and has a top speed of more than 330 km/h. It's an elegance, speed, and enforcement cruiser in one type. Prepare for thunderstorm!
For a suitable gameplay of ESUs taking part of the street racing in LCPDFR, I suggest to play as NOoSE Team in TBoGT (can be in IV as well, but you have to replace, not add) while having this car mod and Callouts+ script by LukeD installed. If you don't have that script, get one here:

In fact, I love how the new callouts being dispatched. I myself didn't like callouts like this, like that... all that static and same...
A variety is what I love.

Expect some bugs, however. Skin color and car color don't go well, and you may see the LCPD background logo go white instead of blending with the skin color.

P.S.: If anyone asking what HSI stands for, it's my own short for "High Speed Interceptor". It describes clearly of how fast this Stinger cruiser has, and is suitable for supercar chases.

Heavily detailed Gen1 Buffalo cruiser using Federal Signal Vision SLR lightbar.
The Gen1 cruiser is made up based from Ekalb's Buffalo Police Vector mod.
I recently added some decorations inside and outside to make it similar to Dodge Charger cruiser, so it can have a great police type.
I was hoping to enhance the mod further, but this is the best I can do. Ekalb has provided his mod (Bravado Buffalo Police Vector by EKALB) open for everyone to encourage the modding community, so I'd like to say, without him, this mod will be impossible.
It is recommended to replace this cruiser with the existing ones (police, police2, or noose) in IV or in TBoGT as police3.
Compatible with Abraxas' mod because this is modeled using Bravado Buffalo Police Vector mod as a basis.

It's a skin pack that turns your favorite police vehicles theme, from many vehicle references that I found, to Boston Police theme.
Why I'm making this?

So, many people have made textures of NYPD to be applied on their favorite vehicles like CVPI and I think I should move on to much more... American. Not New Yorker, I'm afraid.

Inspired from my originally created short story called "Road to Capitol" (an adaptation of Road to Ninja: Naruto the Movie), this skin pack is born, to clear my boring thoughts and to train my drawing skills on a computer. This is an oldschool Boston Police Department Skin Pack that I created based on several references.

I made it in just one day with several tests in game. It's not perfect, but I hope you like it, for you Americans, especially who lived in Boston city.

The skin pack features both Police and SWAT forces, which designed for these vehicles:
