I guess you can call it official if you are hosting it elsewhere. But if you want it to be a 'official' EFLC Group on here than a staff member must approve this.

And it depends what your phone is and what version it runs. Not all iPhone/Android can run the TS3 App.

Like all GTA V stuff it's just rumour. But as pointed out even if R* went down that route you can be sure they will screw it up and we will still need something like LCPDFR for realism.
If anything GTA V having this wouldn't kill of LCPDFR i think it would just give the devs more tools and options to expand on the idea and take LCPDFR to another level. That's if they havent pulled all their hair out by then :)

When you open that up, it should also say Framework (Standalone) Version. That is the version you want to have. it is the full profile which is required for LCPDFR to continue it's installation. The Client won't do you any good. :happy:

LCPDFR takes like less than a minute to install. And you always can re-install under no circumstances. (Beside for you not having the correct programs that is needed)
Well just reinstall it and see how that works for now.
