A Division 3 Officer was struck by a vehicle while on a traffic stop and later succumbed to their injuries.
The photographer left the image black and white, but outlined the blue stripes on the officers' pants to symbolize the 'Thin Blue Line'.

Not for release, I'm just doing rough draft designs for inspiration for future texture packs I want to make once more default models get mapped with template support.
Looking forward to more models from Lt.Caine and others.
