I figured it out. Before I was having issues, I would load the game and then load the RAGE Plugin and it would work. Yesterday I loaded the RAGE Plugin first and then ran the game and it worked with no issues. Not sure why I have to do it the opposite now but no issues. Thanks for the help!

So I did the above, even reinstalled LSPDFR and RAGE Plugin Hook and once I go enable RAGE Plugin Hook, "The rockstar game launcher exited unexpectedly" pops up and once I go back into the game it showed "Loading Story Mode with RAGE Plugin Hook" in bottom right corner like always and acts like it wants to load but after a minute or so I get "LSPD First Responder has crashed!". Also, a Social Club box pops up saying "Disconnected and Rockstar games services are unavailable" with quit or reconnect as options. I have never had that pop up since using LSPDFR. Not sure if i should just uninstall the game and reinstall or what. I never had an issue with getting LSPDFR/RAGE to work until today.

Tried that and while loading GTAV w/RAGEPlugin, I still get "LSPD First Repsonse.dll has crashed."

So I tried downloading LCPDFR v1.1 for GTA IV and again, it will not download. I am taken to the download screen (countdown timer) and it just sits there. No file save screen pops up (pop up blocker disabled for this). I have done everything to get this file and nothing seems to work. Like I said previously, I can download other mod files but when it comes to the main mod for the game, it wont download for me. I should also mention, I have had this issue before the site was "attacked" and I do not think that was my issue.

After numerous attempts, I have been unsuccessful at downloading lcpdfr v1.1 from the website. I did try downloading the current ELS mod and it downloaded for me so maybe its an issue with the link? Im not sure. I would like to download the updated version but it appears the computer Gods do not want me to have it. ** I have tried Internet Explorer, Google Chrome and FireFox to download it. Other files will download but not LCPDFR v1.1**
