Short and sweet, these are some Westchester County PD skins for all you die-hard NY dweebs out there. These are not lore friendly. Feel free to edit them and fit them to other vehicles, add unit numbers, ect... However per usual, please do not redistribute anything. 

Hi ladies. Here is another pack. It only has one vehicle, accurate to the New York State Park PD which patrols the state's parks meaning it has forward reds, etc. and anything accurate to NYS. The main reason I wanted to make this Tahoe was to experiment with the sexy dirtmapping that Rick helped me with, and try to fix those SSV rims, which I was able to do and well, here it is. Enjoy.

Hi ladies. So here is this a pretty large pack but not really. White Plains is a town/small city in Upstate New York, Westchester County that I decided to make because, well it's NEW YORK. This pack features all accurate lighting, meaning forward red and white, and the accurate lightbar thanks to OfficerFive0. The pack features 5 cars, all with varying setups that White Plains uses. Hi ladies.  So here is this old pack I made a while ago. It is as 100% accurate as any PAPD car could be, with my resources, however the lack of active/in service PAPD cars at least in my area is so so sad so there may be a few inaccuracies here and there, but regardless here it is for release. I will be extending this pack in the future with the highriser version and other vehicles once I am able to figure out a bunch of stuff, only comes with one CVPI for now. Thanks. Enjoy.

Hi girls and some boys that are out there. Welcome to this pack. It is accurate, not based on but whatever not based on would be the Utica Police Department, it is as accurate as possible, and because it is in NY it features forward red and white lighting. This pack has 3 vehicles, Utica being a small town, and incidentally their department being small that is basically all of their vehicle variation so enjoy. Much love bye gn, enjoy.

HERE IT IS BOYS AND GIRLS! The New York State Division of Police. After two months of literally the hardest work I've ever spent on models including I swear to god im not exaggerating hours of research and pictures, and spamming my Discord for help, and spamming the New York tag on my Discord for help. This pack includes 19 vehicles, but it is only 5 or 6 actual bases, it just includes a ton of variants for each vehicle. Includes Tahoes, Vics, etc. every single vehicle as accurate as possible to their IRL counterpart, except 2016 FPIUs, Chargers, and Tahoes and 2012 Caprices which will all be added in the future with Highriser versions. Some of the vehicles are outdated, so if you check the unit number and it's like a 2017 Dodge Charger it means that they have replaced it, I just kept these around because unique CVPIs in the NYSP are being phased out and if I did a modern day pack with all active cars they would be scarce. If you are overwhelmed read the "If you are overwhelmed" notepad because these are NOT add on, so you need to choose between vehicles , or add them on yourself and that file will 100% help you, along with the "About" notepads in each model folder. Enjoy and have fun.

I don't actively visit this site anymore. You can do anything you want with the model/texture including reuploading to other sites, repackaging, and just about anything else you can think of.

This is a radar i made a couple years ago and decided to just release it because of the requests. You can replace this model with any gun by just renaming the files to the gun you want to exchange with. It can be aimed while sitting in vehicle for that realistic feel.

This callout pack are based upon certain calls/scenarios that do not occur often. They bring another level of immersion, having Youtubers in mind to display some unique content for their viewers. 
 
First Scenario: DUI Checkpoint in Strawberry.
 
 
Note: You need to use Callout Manager to activate these calls. You will not get them randomly while on patrol. You may receive an error (red subtitles) when trying to activate a call. This means you are within the spawn radius of the call and you need to drive away and activate again.
 
Make sure to put OJScenarios.dll and OJScenarios.ini into \Plugins\LSPDFR folder.
Take a look at the INI at least once to make sure you are satisfied with the settings.

This is a Jefferson inspired BCSO mega texture pack which includes 4k quality textures for the 16 FPIU, 16 Tahoe, 16 Charger, 13 Tahoe, 13 FPIS, 13 Silverado and the 13 CVPI. These textures are all created from scratch with hand-crafted decals in high quality.
 
NOTES
- Multiple livery support included.
- Textures are created in high resolution.
 
INSTALLATION
- Relevant vehicle models must be installed first prior to installing these textures.
- OpenIV software is required to install these textures.
- It is recommended that you use a mods folder in order to keep the original game files. OpenIV will allow you to do this.
- 1. Using OpenIV, navigate to the following path of which the vehicle models are located. Unless you are installing these in another location then I recommend these file path(s) listed below:
Sheriff vehicle files can be found in: mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday3ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf
Sheriff2 vehicle files can be found in: mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday3ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf
- 2. Open the "vehicles.rpf" file.
- 3. Replace the corresponding textures in the .ytd texture dictionary files with these provided.
E.g. sheriff.ytd, sheriff2.ytd OR hwaycar.ytd, hwaycar2.ytd etc (if you have these installed as add-ons)
- 4. Save changes.
- 5. Enjoy!

Another of my own ideas for a skin, rather than based off anything in real life. I wanted to do something different from the traditional black and white or the all white style something a bit more modern feeling. This all grey with a blue swoosh and some white accents personally fit the bill. I hope some of you will enjoy and have fun with it. There are two CVPI's one for thehurks forza version and the other is for underwoods new version that I believe is an update of his old version so I expect that to be coming to more modders in the future. This is as always the simple install of finding the .ytd folder of the vehicle then importing all the skins then save. Notice any issues, missed credits or suggestions please share in the comments section.

A work in progress of my current Cadillac Beast mod.
 
Don't be fooled though, it already has quite a lot of features:
 
-L0 (132k polygons), L1 (63k polygons) and L4 (360 polygons) model states 
-complete body mapping (including dirt and burn/scratch marks) 
-working dials, sirens, lights, doors, suspension parts, etc 
-properly modelled chassis, so it looks realistic when bumpers fall off 
-illuminated interior at night 
-hands on steering wheel 
-custom teargas and smokegrenade launcher

-bulletproof windows (still react to impacts and can break after an explosive hit)

Hi ladies. So now that ScriptHook has updated it's release time. This is a pack I have been working on for the better part of the last month in a half, and I am actually very proud of it. The pack is based on Fort Worth, but the actual cars are not accurate to those, just the liveries, window templates, and lightbar are equal to Fort Worth and some of the pushbar setups. The pack comes with 13 different vehicles ranging from SUVs like FPIUs and Tahoes, Pickup trucks like Silverados and Sedans like the CVPIs and Chargers, among many other cars. I hope you guys enjoy and feel free to leave your criticism and issues you find down below.

Q: Why r ur lights so shiny pls help :(
A: I use RadianceV to make my lights bright, you will need something like this or another mod like it to make your lights as bright as mine.
 
Q: Can you please make an ELS pack for my own personal town?
A: Not even a little sorry bb 
 
Q: How do I install X?
A: I tried including the most in depth installation instructions I could find, but I know when I was new to LSPDFR didnt know anything about installing stuff, so if you have any questions you are feel free to comment with it. There are also instructions though which again, I tried making as in depth as possible to help you out.
 
Q: X isn't working why?
A: You may be doing something wrong, or I may have fucked something up. If you do find a bug or have a question please comment with a screenshot or video to give me a better idea of what is wrong and I will get back to you.
 
Q: My lightbar and windows are tinted :(
A: So there is a way to remove the tint from automatically spawning on most vehicles, which ive done for almost every model but sometimes it doesnt work like for example in the pranger or FBI slots, so you will need to use the vehicles.meta to turn that off, it also includes better handling. Made by @Slendis

Inspired by the San Francisco Police Department & the Marin County Sheriff Office.
 
IMPORTANT:
-These vehicles are lore friendly, therefore do not judge based on realism!
-You must install the vehicles.meta included for the vehicles to work properly!
 
INFO: These vehicles are inspired by the San Francisco Police Department and Marin County Sheriff Office. Due to these cars being based on California departments they are equipped with steadyburns. This pack comes with 95% breakable windows (all except the CVPI windshields), pushbar collisions, and three light stages per vehicle except
for the unmarked CVPI, and functioning takedowns for every vehicle. If you have any problems / bugs please post a comment about it instead posting a negative review, it may just be a simple fix. I will try to help fix any problems and answer any questions.

INSTALLATION:
1. Make backups!
2. Drag all files included in the "models" folder into: gtav/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/(LATEST PATCHDAY)/dlc.rpf/x64>levels/gtav/vehicles.rpf, using OpenIV in edit mode.
3. Drag the vehicles.meta included in the "data" folder into: gtav/mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/levels/gtav, using OpenIV in edit mode.
4. Drag all VCF files in the "ELS" folder into Grand Theft Auto V/ELS/pack_default.

Here you have guys as promised the second part of my BSCO skin pack loosely based on Orange Co. NY Sheriff. This version contains only the cars I've found the department using at the moment in real life. I've included their two ghost skins they currently use and three K9 units. All of the textures, I have made exactly to my preference and hope you'll like them as they are. For the CVPI I would recommend using the Jedahdaiah's one because of the lack of door trimmings witch make the sheriff letters look bad.     Please do not re-upload or rip off these textures.

I've been working on this pack now for well over a month, with at least a week or so dedicated to testing to make sure this pack was fit for purpose. 
The pack contains 8 vehicles, ranging from patrol vehicles to SWAT trucks. They are based loosely off the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, but instead it features a different light pattern. The pack features a full halogen light bar, with additional lighting across the vehicle.

Known Bugs:
Cuffed individuals will partially stick through the back panels of the Express. If they sit regularly, this does not occur (uncuffed). Insides of the Expeditions tires have no textures (fixing as we speak... I hope)

Blaine County Sheriff
Based off Sonora Police
 
This pack is based off the Sonora Police, I liked sheriff on the side better so went with that, and includes my usual things. They are clean and simple yet not at the same time. I have include technically two skin variations one being the older style and one being the newer. (I think) I put the newer style on the models I felt would have that style on them rather than the old, like 2016 FPIU, 2016 Charger etc, and the old style on the ones I could find pictures of or just older model vehicles. However I did mainly just do the skin I felt looked best on each model. If you see any issues please let me know and I will try to correct. This is as always the simple install of finding the .ytd folder of the vehicle you want to use then importing all the skins then save. Notice any issues or have suggestions please share in the comments section. I present to you, one of the best sounding D&R sirens for Grand Theft Auto 5!
 
By sheer luck, this siren will also replace the granger sounds. Meaning all tones relating to police vehicles will be the D&R siren.
 
Original credits go to TheRealNBK71 for the siren, modified by me to make the sounds louder and work for GTA V. Please let me know if the siren is not loud enough. Should a moderator have any issues with this modification, please contact me and I will take it down. I am submitting this mod as the typical GTA IV audio files will not work with GTA 5, and helping those who do not know how to properly convert them is beneficial.
 
How To Install?
 
For Old School Install:
VIA OpenIV, please navigate to x64/audio/sfx/resident.rpf, right click in a empty area, then click select open formats. Find the
vehicles.oac located inside the "Old School Install" folder, and select it.
 
For Siren Mastery Install:
Drag and drop the "Plugins" folder into your main directory, replace if prompted.
 
For ELS Install:
ELS should work the same way the Old School install does.
