Hey guys, I have been trying to play LCPDFR GTA IV MP with friends. But I can't with LCPDFR 1.0. The cars will not pull over at all, cars glitch around, etc. Is there an actual fix for this? or do I have to use the .95rc? (or whatever it was the old one basically) because there were no problems on MP with that version. Thanks for your time, and help.

Only -norestriction, if I don't It wont let me even use 1920x1080 res.

Hey guys, I was wondering what other mods are you guys using with LCPDFR? I also formated my PC 7 days ago, and I was wondering if any of you know how can I get the bridges open with out using xliveless to open others peoples save files and without doing like 30 missions to get them open. 1 ) Are you sure that you INSTALLED the mod via admin rights? 2 ) What I do is right click on EFLC, gta4browser, gta4encoder, LaunchEFLC/GTA4 and I press properties go to compataiblty and check run as admin on all of them and start the game from steam/whatever version you have ( seemed to fix that problem for me )

This must be a joke right? What exactly am I going to upgrade it to? 4770 just for an extra 2 FPS? Common... You're right but it wont go over 40, and it jumps quiet fast 40 - 30 - 20 - 30. Right now it does not go under 30, but it sooo noticeable when the FPS jumps down to 30's from 40's.

This was probably said before; 1 ) Robberies, like bank robberies in pross shop robberies ( the burger shops, Internet cafes, and luandery rooms ) 2 ) Hostage Situations? 3 ) homicide scene? You need to block the road etc, and let the detectives do their job. 4 ) Car robberies in progress ( randomly happens in front of you, or far away from you. ) 5 ) Bigger, and harder shootouts? Make the AI's smarter if possible? Not just stand in the middle of the road and open fire on you. Make them hide in areas, roofs, bridges, behind buildings. etc Trying to think of other ideas WIP. :p

and how are you running it super smooth? You dick! xD my 7950 does not work on GTA IV... 30 - 40 fps, every 5 secs it drops to 23 - 19 fps.

Hey guys, I just upgraded my PC about 4 months ago, maybe a little bit less/more than that. Anyway. This is my current set-up; Asus p8z77-v Kingston Hyper x Red x2 8GB ram ( Total 16gb ) XFX Radeon 7950 3gb Double D 60 gb SSD - Windows, and few softwares 2 TB HDD - Recording videos, video games, downloads, etc. 250 gb HDD - No use yet Corsair 650watt PSU ( will be upgraded if I go with option 1 ) Now since GTA IV is such a shitty port, my game lags. On all high settings, now my question is. I need few opinions. What should I upgrade my video card too? 1 ) +x2 XFX Radeon 7950 3gb double d/black edition/regular 2 ) x1 Powercolor 7990 6GB 3 ) x1 XFX R9 290x ( whenever it comes out, or whatever is cheaper. ) 4 ) Other ( if so you know what to do, include the name of the card below please :p ) Thanks for your time, and help! edit: Now I have been thinking about it, could the lag be caused by my hard drive? Since I noticed the game takes a while to load after the R* intro when you double click on the game.

I used this in commandline.txt: -refreshrate 50 -framelimit 1 and it fixed the lag! Not 100% of it, but at least it fixed some of it.

You know, not every know knows how to optimize those settings correctly, instead of commenting some useless shitty comment how about helping someone... To OP: Same shit, lags for no apparent reason, same specs other then the CPU, and the brand of the card. So if anyone has a fix could you please help us out? :p <3

No it will never happen. It will never be ported for the PC unless someone goes to the studio steals the source codes, and somehow finds a way to port that game to the PC.
