Some police slots are not multi-livery enabled. To enable the liveries, go in vehicles.meta in update/update.rpf/common/data/level/gta5, extract it, open it with notepad or similar software, find the lines of the slot you placed the car in and scroll down to a line with a series of 'FLAG_HAS_STUFF'. Add FLAG_HAS_LIVERY at the end of it, save, replace the original vehicles.meta file with the one you modified, done.

Zarcyne reacted to BlueLine Vibes in need help!!!dont know why it crashesDo you have a mods folder?
If so - rename it to mods - copy. Start RagePluginHook.exe again and see if it lets you into the game without crashing.
If you are able to play, then your mods folder has outdated files.

I had the same issue, so I decided to look into the culprit (notice it looks like the Party Bus lights?). When I looked into the carcols.meta for both the pack and the After Hours DLC, I noticed a simple issue: The Party Bus's Siren ID is 15 like the Tahoe and the Charger. To fix this, you have to fix the Captain14 stuff, as Rockstar won't be editing their numbers for the modding community- unfortunately. You can use any numbers you'd like that don't correspond to an existing config (remember, we're adding a siren flash pattern, not replacing, and when Captain14 made this stuff, ID 15 was available for adding to the list of patterns, hence why the FBI pack is still working, as its numbers are something like 29 and 31 I think). Feel free to repeat this process when fixing/future-proofing the Captain14_FBI pack (just don't use the numbers you used to fix this car pack or you'll run into the issue of Captain14_Sheriff patterns on the FBI cars or vice-versa)
Steps:
-Open Captain14_Sheriff's carcols.meta file
-At the top of the document, change 15 as in <id value="15"/> to "69" or something not in use by Rockstar (use what's below if you want- it's at the very top of the file). This will fix the Charger and the Tahoe.
<Sirens>
<Item>
<id value="69"/> <!--Custom siren settings-->
<name>custom siren</name>
-I would go ahead for the sake of future-proofing and change the other custom one "17" to something like "100" or something not in use by Rockstar (search for: id value="17" , then replace it with what's below if you want)
<Item>
<id value="100"/> <!--Custom siren settings vic-->
<name>custom siren 2</name>
-Once you have reassigned the Captain14 light pattern ID numbers, open up Captain14_Sheriff's carvariations.meta file
-For the Tahoe and Charger, replace <sirenSettings value="15" /> with <sirenSettings value="69" /> (or whichever number you put as the siren pattern for the Tahoe and Charger & isn't 69)
-For the CVPI, replace <sirenSettings value="17" /> with <sirenSettings value="100" /> (or whichever number you put for the siren pattern for the CVPI and isn't 100)
-Pray that Rockstar will never add another light pattern and hope that if they do, it won't mess with the FBI pack
-Boot up FiveM or LSPDFR and hand out a ticket to those party bus drivers for screwing up your lights 😜Here's proof of this trick working!
Cheers!

Zarcyne got a reaction from Johnj788 in Identify Kentucky State Police SirenIt sounds like a Galls ST-300 Command Center which all their sounds are listed on their website at www.galls.com if you scroll to the bottom and then select Siren Sounds and under Galls. I know that Kentucky State Police and the Kentucky Commercial Vehicle Enforcement are merged now and they share the same resources from fleet services. I have seen several Kentucky CVE units with Galls siren consoles installed so would be safe to assume that Kentucky State Police utilizes them also.

Zarcyne got a reaction from ineseri in the new guyI am fairly new here also but I am pretty sure that LCPDFR is only for GTA IV right now. There is alot of people that can't wait until its available for GTA V. Just a suggestion, if you want to run LCPDFR just get a copy of GTA IV for running LCPDFR as its fairly inexpensive with GTA V released. You can still run your regular GTA V also.

Zarcyne reacted to FinKone in the new guyTake your time, READ how to install things, and don't get over-whelmed by the trainer if you are not used to using one. Disable the hot-keys for the trainer... ;D
LCPDFR 1.1 is running well, make sure not to push your computer to hard or else you'll just be causing more crashes then time playing.
Install mods one at a time. If you notice a large crash increase, consider removing that mod.
Always check into the mods INI file if it has one to determine what type of keys you can use, or setup.
LCPDFR by itself has a lot of hot-keys, and it takes time to learn, but you'll get the swing of things.

Zarcyne reacted to Four1one in Best 2015 police car design?Then in that case, I think black and white police cars with some type of simple design with a bit of color would look good.....something like this:
Also a white car with a mixture of blue/black strip would look pretty cool too. Kinda like this: '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>>

Unless he actually said something to you, touched you, or actually done something to sexually harass you personally, I don't believe that there is any reason to claim any kind of harassment yet. Now I'm not saying that he definitely has the best intentions, but something to consider here is the fact that you could potentially ruin his career and his life. My suggestion is that you and your friends from the team bring it up to him before you bring in someone from the outside. Get his side of the story and give him a chance to explain himself and why he does what he does. If he doesn't clean up his act, then by all means go to someone else and make them aware of the situation. I'm not you, so I don't know everything that is going on, and quite frankly neither does anyone else on here, but I think it's definitely worth taking the time to talk to him first and try and settle this in house, especially since it appears as though everyone is running off of suspicion and assumption of what his intentions are rather than something that he has physically done to someone. Nowadays, it is too easy for someone to cry wolf and ruin someone's life, whether they are innocent or not.
