Hey guys! Is there any way we could convert this: into Gta IV? or maybe make a new model all together? Could maybe even take the in-game GTA IV waitress ped model and simply add a hip badge and hip holster to it. Would this be possible? Thanks Guys! Think it's sad that he has to steal from Lt. Caine and the development team's hard work in order to get attention. Throwing around a well-known and respected name of a modification he has nothing to do with just to get views on Youtube. When confronted he responds "I will have an announcement to make about ELS V later." (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w3Y8NSyyiws) Have to admit, I'm quite curious what this "announcement" will be.

It all depends on how you have the model installed. In Open IV, find the .wtd file where you have the truck model installed (Replacement or Standalone) Click "Edit Mode" Double-Click the .wtd file to open the available textures for the truck From the list of various textures that pop up, locate "F150_sign_1" click it, then click "replace" on the toolbar at the top Navigate to where you downloaded the .png file and select it. Click Save, and you're done.

I've played around with it some, and more saturation makes the lights appear less-realistic. The shades of light need to match gta's corona shades of red, blue. etc. I may upload optional versions of each with more saturation as an option. -

Keep in mind some vehicles will not change unless ALL of the .ytd and .wtd files are changed (Example: for Police (stainer) you will need to edit the files located in: [gta v>mods>x64e>levels>gta5>vehicles.rpf] [gta v>mods>update>x64>dlcpacks>patchday1ng>dlc.rpf>x64>levels>gta5>vehicles.rpf] [gta v>mods>update>x64>dlcpacks>patchday3ng>dlc.rpf>x64>levels>gta5>vehicles.rpf ] in order for any changes to take effect in-game)
