You have problem again with the AdvancedHook.dll i have no idea why this happen, i have just 1 more i can give a link where you can download the AdvancedHook.dll maybe that help, if not i run out of ideas

Coby download you too the AdvancedHook.dll if you scrool up you find a .zip file, download it, copy in GTA IV main folder and its working

I looked around a lot of places and i found just one way, the reinstall, idk its working or not, you need to choose reinstall it or not Or if you made a backup from that files what the LCPDFR and ELS overwrite you need to copy back those files in to the GTA IV folder and reinstall the ELS first and after that the LCPDFR

The LCPDFR works with added cars maybe you installed the car mod wrong And you need the important things to the LCPDFR work,

i copied the full game as backup in a different folder and if something broken i find that file and overwrite from the backup :)
