you downloaded the LCPDFR ----> install it ----> that's all (dont copy any mods except the LCPDFR to the GTA IV

you download the 1.0d but when the internet ask choose what you want choose the first one, if not the first choose this 1. LCPD First Response 1.0d_2 Automatic Install.zip and when the download done install it and don't install any mods to the GTA IV just the LCPDFR and the game again crash just with the game have a problem

try the LCPDFR without mods and its work something bad with the mods if still not working you need to check what is important for work the LCPDFR framework,games for windows or something bad with the game like wrong version if GTA IV what is not compatible with the LCPDFR because you need 1.1.2 or 1.12 i forget it

That's my new idea you get false report for example shots fired----> you go to the crime scene---->nothing found----->you report this to the dispatch----> he/she investigate who report this---->he/she found him----> he report to you where is he/she---->arrest/give a fine I wrote it simply so i hope you like my idea

you using mods? maybe that's the problem if the mods not compatible with you GTA IV version

on single player the LCPDFR works? you can solve the 0x320 edit: on single player the LCPDFR works? you can solve the 0x320, check you have framework 4.5, games for windows (something like that) and the another important things what you need to work the LCPDFR

your LCPDFR working without mods? try without mods and check the mods compatible wtih your GTA 4 version and if working without mods something bad with the mods edit: i saw you liked it but working without mods?

you have modded cars? edit: i have 2 ideas, you installed wrong the LCPDFR because i see in the log something problem with the taser and another things or the ELS doesn't support the modded cars what you downloaded (if you downloaded modded cars)
