They sometimes don't pull over because there is no place where they can or there is a red light or the traffic block him, but you can pull him over rapidly just turn on the siren but that's the problem with it the driver stop the middle of the road, you downloaded the LCPDFR with automatic or manual?

That's my new idea we have new reasons for callout street fight: its simple 2 guys is fighting on street hijack: someone is abducted and you need to save her/him life weapon deal: same like drug deal just with weapons, not with 9mm,heavy weapons like M4,AK47 drunk peoples: not justin random world event if you spot him/her, you get a call about it house robbery: someone break into a house and a silent alarm show the place to the dipatch and he/she alarm the cops, and when you at the scene you just see someone with a bag running vandalism: gangs make graffiti on the wall,break windows etc. gang war(im not sure about that): 2 gang is fighting against each other like when you got a call about shot fired just with 20-30 people and this natural you need to call backup, that's your choose what you want call accident: 2 car is crashed and you get a call to make choose who say true and the another one is busted/fined and two more to the idenity check: you can check the driver/passenger(s) seatbelt, and if not you can give a fine for her/him the driver use the phone when he/she driving you can give a fine for her/him I hope like my ideas and its not made in another mods(i looked around)

yeah that was my problem too when i aim at the target to he's get out and run away, the car is still there and this make a traffic jam so you can't move anywhere without trash your car except you spawn an another one but thank you so much

Hi! that's my idea we can pull over a car without we need to get in our cop car and stop in the middle of the road it looks like you stand front of the vehicle like 50 meters, (idk how long is it in GTA IV situation) aim on that car what you want pull over and your character do that anim when you want to give a fine for someone if you press example P, the driver do that "anim" when you want to pull over him with a car, and the continuation is when do the idenity check with a car I hope you like my idea (sorry for bad english im just learning yet)
