This vehicle i took on as a challenge to see if i could make this. I love the way this vehicle came out. I added a the roof antennas to spawn as Extra ten to change up the look while out on patrol. I hope you all enjoy!!!!!

Hey Guys I bring you a pack of the city of Miami police department and my first attempt at making vehicle models so what do you get with pack:
2 CVPIS one with a Whelen Edge and one with a FS Legend also included are uniforms of the MPD.
Everything is accurate and realistic as possible
if their are any improvements needed please let me know and I will try my best. 
NOTE:the reason the whelen edge CVPI does not have avengers is because of a RC20 error if I can fix this I will add them in.
I may also make vehicles that not used by MPD but add in for fun E.G. Dodge Charger's.

This is my first ever release in a (hopefully long) chain of Belgian Police vehicles.
This download only contains the Road Police (WPR) Volvo XC70, since that one was finished and ready to go.
The file includes:

Known issues:
- Something’s up with the dirt mapping causing the vehicle to go fully grey. I’m looking into that.
- There is no handling line included, because I did not manage to make one.

Installation
Use Open IV to replace the corresponding files within vehicles.img with the .wft and .wtd files provided in this package.
If the model supports multiple liveries, open the vehicles.ide file in your GTAIVcommondata folder, find the line beginning with the name of the model, and at the end of that line add +livery.
Notes
This vehicle is ELS enabled and requires the Emergency Lighting System to work correctly.
