Nope, still doesn't work. Same error occurs. It just crashes at the load of game at the 3rd Picture load frame.

I have both. Both of dsound.dll and xlive.dll.

The other Topic had no reply, and I was guessing it fall into the wrong category, so I waited a bit, and then started a new one mainly on my GTA4 Crash. Since the other topic was focus on another title. If I am breaking the rules, than G17 Media will terminate one of the topics, and I apologize for that.

After I press "Start" the game loads, and it loads up to a point where it just crashes. I notice that it loaded 3 pictures at the loading frame, and it was getting ready to load my loaded game, but it couldn't and the game crashed. But that might not be the reason why I think. Before this, It was working fine, until it frozed in the game after about 7 mins of gameplay.
So now my vehicles.img is all back to original, No modded cars, all I have is 4 weapons modded, ELS V6, LCPDFR installed, TrafficFlow, IVDashCam 2.1. Thats all. This is very strange, since this just happen out of nowhere.

So a while back, I had a mod that was Popcycle, and that mod allows to have more cars on weekend rather than weekdays for example, perhaps more police units on the streets on weekdays as well. I forgot where I downloaded it at and forgot the name of it. I remember it was on GTA4-Mods.com where I downloaded it at but I can't seem to find it, and most of that because I have forgotten the name of it.

So maybe if you guys use the mod or if you know the mod, please help me find it? Thanks!

So I just downloaded the More Liberty v3 mod, to have more peds and vehicles in the game.

The readme in there didn't tell me much where to put the 2 files, so where do I put the Popcycle.dat to? And where can I put the Filelist.pak?
And if you guys are familiar with this mod, does it slow down your gameplay or use up a lot of room? Just for my info since my PC is not really good.

Ah, I was expecting that. Although it DOES make the game MORE Realistic, it's just that every 10 seconds another Emergency Vehicles with Siren appears, and it gets a little bothering. But what can I say, oh well.Hopefully you guys on the Testing team can look into it for the next version release. Thanks for the reply!

GTAIV LCPDFR vRC2

So while I am playing GTAIV and on patrol, I see other police vehicles, sometimes firetrucks or even EMS with there sirens on and as for responding to a call. So what is my problem here is that when I am using IVDashCam, I am watching out for speeders, so for that I am parked at one spot. And a couple seconds in, I here police sirens, sounds like they are responding to a call or somewhat like it. But it really annoys me when I park and watch out for speeders and out of no where sirens go on and the sirens of the EMS or other police cars would stay and it gets louder. It doesn't go away. Once I move location, and park at one spot, I hear it again, and it is really annoying since I always here police sirens and especially when it does not go away. Is there a way to remove it?

Sorry I couldn't make this more specific, I don't know how to explain this deeper in meaning....
