  1. Glad to hear it finally installed. Now, try going into your root directory (where your GTAIV.exe is located) and right clicking on your GTAIV.exe, then making it compatible with Windows 7
  2. Said in first post, that only LCPDFR was installed, so I'd assume no ELS.
  3. I used to enjoy f1 in the late 90's, early 00's, but since about 2006, its just gone downhill really, that's when I started to get into NASCAR more. If you're into racing, maybe try iRacing, with the Williams F1 car on there :)
  4. If you can, get yourself tickets to see a race, you won't be disappointed!
  5. Not based of Driver San Fransisco models. e.g, the GTA V non ELS cars in the thread I posted
  6. Given how large an audience it has in the US, it only makes sense to assume that a site with a large number of US members, would have 1 or 2 fans ;) I'm from the UK myself, and love it
  7. Here's a whole bunch '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>>
  8. I don't think it matters how good your PC is, as they're just randomly generated. There might be a way to tweak how often disregards are though, however I'm unsure how to do that.
  9. My dad and I both love AJ Foyt as well. Related: - '> -
  10. I noticed that a lot of members are from the US, so there must be atleast a few NASCAR fans here surely? I finally found a channel in the UK that shows every race live, so I can start to get into it again this year :) But yeah, this thread is pretty much for fans to talk about races, favorite drivers, share videos and so on
  11. Try running your game without the carmods, traffic flow and callouts, as they are the most likely to cause issues with causing crashes.
  12. If you're using the auto installer, it's fairly straight forward. Which part are you having trouble with exactly?
  13. Your log files will be in your GTAIV root directory. The report will be called 'diagnostics_' followed by a group of numbers. All you should have to do is, open the tool, check your installation, then double click on where it says there were errors in the log, then close the tool, and a report should be made.
  14. You'll be able to play IV and V easily. I'm currently running an Asus MB, with 16gb ram and a GTX750Ti GPU, with a 600Watt PSU, and it runs just fine, playing all my Steam games on Ultra, with ease.
  15. Right-click the folder > Properties Security tab > Advanced Click Change to the right of Owner Enter Users into box and click OK Enable the checkbox Replace owner on subcontainers and objects then click Apply If prompted that You do not have permissions to read... click Yes Completely close out of the Advanced Security Settings dialog Right-click the folder > Properties Security tab > Edit... Add... Enter Users into box and click OK Enable the Full Control checkbox then click OK
  16. Maybe, try using the manual installer (if you're using the auto one) I had the same issue for a while, and this seemed to solve it somehow. If you used the manual installer, then use the auto one maybe? Also, the screenshot you posted doesn't appear to be showing.
  17. Just downloaded this, and only got a few callouts in my first play time, but I'm loving it so far, makes the game seem so much more dynamic. Just as a suggestion: Maybe a callout where another unit is in need of prisoner transport? Like when you select the option during an arrest, and an AI comes and picks up the suspect, but instead, you have to go and pick up an AIs arrested criminal
  18. Have you tried uninstalling the additional callouts, as it may be conflicting somehow?
  19. Might be a long shot, but try running the installer in compatibility mode if possible?
  20. If you're using the standard GTA IV police cars, then they won't work with ELS. Only ELS enabled vehicles will work with ELS. Try looking in the downloads section on this site for a car that you like, then install it, and it should fix your issue (I've found the GTA V Police packs are the most stable for me)
  21. Sorry for the double post. It appears that reinstalling LCPDFR so that the advanced/scripthooks supplied replaced the ELS ones worked :) Thankyou all
  22. The report should be in the same folder as your LCPDFR Diagnostics tool. Make sure you close down the Diagnostic tool properly as i found if I didn't. a report file wasn't made
