I'm looking for a similar "mod" like this Except with the dispatcher voice of San Andreas, and I have yet to find it. Any help? Thanks.

Of course I use ELS, I used to play without it, and I can never go back. It just makes all the difference. Depending on what I really feel like doing, I might take a marked car out and get in some chases, go to callouts (which I actually enjoy), or just cruise around and catch traffic violators. Sometimes I'll take out an unmarked or slicktop and freeze it at nighttime, use the radar mod, and stick to traffic & parking enforcement.I tased someone at the airport, they fell over and got run over by a plane taxing.
