GrammarPolice
Oh my God....Of all the boneheaded....So I found the problem. Turns out I downloaded the heap adjuster and packfile limit adjuster, but when I went hunting for them in my GTA V directory, I quickly discovered I hadn't installed them. Please excuse me for a moment, while I kick myself DIRECTLY IN THE FACE. This is why I make checklists now. Everything is working fine now, unsurprisingly. I very much appreciate your patience!

GrammarPolice
After reinstalling everything but vehicles, and following your suggestion, I still have the same issue, sort of. I tried the common gameconfig.xml fix, but that breaks the game as soon as the loading screen starts, so I promptly got rid of that. Once I got all of my baseline plugins installed and running again (including GrammarPolice), I decided that if I can't make addon vehicles work while using GrammarPolice, I just won't use them. I did finally find one that works though. Where there is one, there must be more! I don't know if GTA updates have rendered the vehicles I was trying to use obsolete or what, but as long as I can keep finding vehicles that work, I won't miss them. Thank you for the help!

GrammarPolice
EDIT: Hold that thought...I seem to have broken something else in the process of troubleshooting. I'm going to completely re-install GTA V and start from scratch. Will update this post as soon as possible. I'm having a strange issue when going on duty, both when visiting a police station and trying to force duty. It appears to be somehow related to adding downloaded vehicles. I've started my mods folder from scratch several times trying to diagnose the problem. My plugins don't give me any problems by themselves; I can run them as well as EUP (both Law & Order and Serve & Rescue), ELS, and Radiance V. I can even spawn and use downloaded ELS vehicles before going on duty, and everything works fine. If I purge my mods folder and start over, adding everything in OpenIV but the vehicles themselves, LSPDFR works perfectly fine with GrammarPolice. Conversely, I can also remove GrammarPolice and go on duty with downloaded vehicles, and everything is fine. It happens no matter which vehicles or vehicle packs I try to add, and I can't figure out what's causing the conflict. It's even more baffling because most of the GrammarPolice videos I've seen show GrammarPolice working perfectly with added/replaced vehicles. For reference, I've tried mostly using Faust Channel's BCSO Jefferson County-based pack, and vehicles from Thehurk's 2017 California Highway Patrol Mega Pack. I'm not at all well-versed in reading RPH logs, so I'm having a lot of difficulty troubleshooting this. For now, I'm just using GrammarPolice with no added vehicles, because I already consider this an essential plugin; but now that I have seen the awesomeness that is ELS, I miss ELS-compatible vehicles terribly. Has anyone else had a similar issue? The attached RPH log shows what happens when attempting to go on duty with added vehicles installed. RagePluginHook.log

LSPDFR Freeze/Crash When Going on Duty
Thanks a million for your help Charlie! I wouldn't have even known where to start without you.

LSPDFR Freeze/Crash When Going on Duty
Nooooooooo! But also yeeeeeeeeeeeees! Removing GrammarPolice fixes the problem 😭 Has anyone reported similar issues? Edit: I'm scouring the comments for GrammarPolice now, to see if anyone mentions a similar problem. If I don't see it I'll post in the GrammarPolice comments section as well. I'm not getting into the RPH logs though; I'm patently terrible at reading those.

LSPDFR Freeze/Crash When Going on Duty
I'm having a strange issue when going on duty, both when visiting a police station and trying to force duty. It appears to be somehow related to adding downloaded vehicles. I've started my mods folder from scratch several times trying to diagnose the problem. My plugins don't give me any problems by themselves; I can run them as well as EUP (both Law & Order and Serve & Rescue), ELS, and Radiance V. I can even spawn and use downloaded ELS vehicles before going on duty, and everything works fine. If I purge my mods folder and start over, adding everything in OpenIV but the vehicles themselves, LSPDFR works perfectly fine. However, as soon as I try to force duty or go on duty at a Police Station with any downloaded vehicles added, the game usually just freezes indefinitely with no RagePluginHook.log. It FINALLY held on long enough to crash LSPDFR before the freeze and generate a log. I use the Heap Adjuster, Packfile Limit Adjuster, and the Stock Traffic gameconfig.xml file from GTA Config v23 every time. I've tried different vehicles and vehicle packs trying to diagnose the problem each time I start a new mods folder, and I follow the installation instructions to the letter, but the same problem pops up no matter which vehicle(s) I try to add. I am completely baffled as to what could be causing this. RagePluginHook.log file is attached. RagePluginHook.log

Arrest Warrant Callout 0.172.28.1205
I've tested the plugin for several hours now, and I haven't had any more problems. It seems all I needed was a fresh install of the plugin.

Arrest Manager (Grab Peds, More Jail Points, Prisoner Transport & more)
Ok, so I got a callout that used a GPS guide line, and the Arrest Manager one went away. I just transported a suspect to the Rancho station, and everything worked ok. It might just be affecting the original jail points. Ok, last post...I just dropped a perp off at the Mission Row station again, and everything worked fine, so just a glitch I guess. Sorry for spamming the comments section!

Arrest Manager (Grab Peds, More Jail Points, Prisoner Transport & more)
Hi Albo, I don't see this posted yet, so I thought I'd point it out: it's not bad enough to produce an error in the log, but after using the 0 key to guide me to a station (Mission Row), the custody officer took my suspect just fine, but I still have the guide line back to the station, even after doing another callout. I'll keep playing and drop another prisoner off at another station, and see if it still stays on my radar map. By no means game-breaking, but it's super annoying. I'll post an update shortly.

Arrest Warrant Callout 0.172.28.1205
Woops! It looks like it's too far back in my log to be recorded, I'll try reproducing the problem some more so I can post it as soon as I can.

Arrest Warrant Callout 0.172.28.1205
Hello w35! I love this callout plugin, but I do have one gripe: often when the suspect(s) *ahem* don't survive a pursuit, it crashes LSPDFR either immediately or when I try cleaning up the scene with FinKone's (Police Radio) coroner. Other than that, it runs very smoothly for me, so just a fix suggestion for a future release, if possible. Still a great plugin!

Code 3 Callouts
Yep, mystery solved...I tested several police impersonator callouts and they were fine. I also left a scene several times while the coroner was on the way, crashed LSPDFR every time. That said, I think this is the best callout plugin I've tried yet, fantastic work!

Code 3 Callouts
Hello Stealth! Loving this plugin so far! However, I had the coroner cleaning up a scene, and my first police impersonator callout came in. I was so excited! I jumped in my cruiser and started heading for the marker, when LSPDFR crashed . Here is the relevant section from my RageHook log:
