Yup all clean and fine and I always run as admin

Hey guys I have a little bit of a problem BIG bit of a problem. To make it short and sweet my GTA IV will not launch. Here's what i'm talking about: I click on the GTA IV launcher and it opens I put in my credentials then click play (play offline doesn't work either), It says Authenticating User then closes, my cursor then turns to the disc which spins (At this time the GTA IV Disc is spinning in my disc tray) but after about 5-15 seconds the disc stop spinning and GTA IV won't launch. No error message or anything. Things to note: This is a fresh install of the game so that means no mods, enbs etc. I am running the 1.0.7.0 update. This is a legit store bought copy of GTA IV. I HAVE run GTA IV on this PC before. I've tried numerous times to launch and have had no luck. I've tried multiple times to re-install the game with again, no luck. Anyway thanks for helping (In advance) and if I need to put anything else in this topic just tell me below / :) Hope we can fix this!

My most recent one was when I was responding to a call of shots fired. I arrived on seen to see 2 males shooting at each other so I attempted to stop them but then they started attacking me so I gunned them down, I thought that was it but the call wasn't ending so I did some investigating. I walked around for a bit until I turned around a corner and saw about 15-20 all piled up dead on the ground and one glitched out guy standing there with an ak. ;p

Yes I do, I think its because when I crashed with 1.0d the lcpdfr thing that trys to put you back in the same spot didn't work properly because I'm running 1.0c fine

Hey guys I have a bit of a problem... When I start gta iv with lcpdfr installed I try to load my game but it will crash after the black loading screen with text in the bottom right. It was working yesterday until I changed to a different car pack im not sure if thats the problem though. Other than that I haven't made any other modifications than that. When I don't have lcpdfr installed the game runs fine. I've tried: Deleting my save file and restarting. Running in Administrator mode. Deleting SETTINGS.cfg Changing my car pack to the old one. Hope there is a fix. Thanks in advance!
