Thank god, i'll be able to decide which siren mode i use. I hate how the sirens will get stuck on one mode for a good 30 seconds

Its a mild inconvenience, its better than having your game freeze up for 2 seconds just because you called for backup

I do believe there is a sense of over protection amongst modders. I understand they don't want people to steal their stuff but this is not the best approach Its like opening a shop only not to let people in because they fear of thieves. Modders should just release their stuff, theres only two big mod sites for gta v with respectable admins, it shouldn't be hard to stop people from stealing their stuff, and besides if your a credited author then most people know who to gravitate onto if they want their mods. So i doubt they would lose downloads (i didn't want to use clients because that sounds strange) Thats my two cents on the matter

Police Patriot would be awesome, though you wouldn't be able to pit with it Unless its another patriot of course

Its not a good idea to do that, if anyone remembers the vanilla cops in GTA 4 they took corners sooooooo slowly you usually lost them, that would end up being the case i would presume TBH i sorta like the blues brothers behavior of the cops

If you remember back to GTA SA towards the end of the game there was a giant riot in the Ghettos of LS. Is it possible to have such a feature in GTA V where people would be out on the street throwing molotovs, using baseball bats etc which ONLY affect the Davis and surrounding areas? It wouldn't be a official callout, but you could still drive a fully loaded NOOSE van into the area and arrest some fools, get into chases etc
