FCV96 Members August 21, 201510 yr Author stats The Gen 1 Stanier looks fantastic in LSPD livery, especially with the MX7000 lookalike up top.

Tomorrow, after Yard fixes the skinning as you can see the white lines on the front bumper, I'll configure the spotlights, try a steady burn spotlight on the SAHP version, and see how the Taxi Cab's grille looks on these cars.
CouthInk4 Members August 21, 201510 yr Author stats I don't know why.. but this version looks better than the ones in IV, i don't know if it's because of the lightbar or texture.. but they look beautiful compared to IV's LCPD ones.

It maybe due to the Pop-Culture of the Day. For example, watching a 90's Gangster Movie set in LA, the Police Officers would be seen driving around in the Ford CVPI. Many Action Movies are set in LA, and as a result the Black and White LAPD Liveried Ford CVPI's would feature in said Movies. It's incredible how Movies and TV can shape our perceptions regarding the appearance, and use of Vehicles.
NYPDunit7 Members August 21, 201510 yr Author stats wow looks great, I notice that the LSPD (LAPD) and LCPD (NYPD) Used this in the 1990s then replaced it with new 2nd gen Vapid Stanier from 1998-Present.Thanks man, I love it.

Absolutely agree with you. The lightbar fits perfectly with the car! My favorit is the LSPD version.

CouthInk4 Members August 21, 201510 yr Author stats Just a thought.. Considering the LED setup on the 2nd gen Stanier is too modern, have you thought about putting the lightbar from the NYSP Esperanto onto the 1st Gen stanier? It's flash pattern is rotator.. but it looks more halogen rather than rotator or LED. i think it'll fit nicely with the Stanier.

Starmix Members August 21, 201510 yr Author stats I'd prefer the NYSP Rancher settings with it though, something about me likes the DROT feel.

Hastings Members August 21, 201510 yr Author stats I wonder if it's better to replace the Interceptor with it or to add as a separate vehicle?.. It's a shame to waste a police car slot on that Shitterceptor when it could be occupied by this beaty.
