It's simply just the reverb effect in Audacity. Apply it, and play around with settings if required. Usually minimal changes are needed (if any) before it sounds realistic and awesome :)- 3 comments

Just a quick skin I whipped up for mohaalsmeer's Ford S331 Towtruck. Obviously RACV don't use these trucks but hopefully this will add a more Australian feel (or Victorian specifically) for those who like the truck. -

My third Siren Mastery related upload and this time it's a Code 3 Mastercom siren! It contains Wail, Yelp, Hilo, Hyper Yelp and Horn tones. As I've done with other Siren Mastery releases I add a slight echo to the tones (only the wail in this case) to make it sound authentic. Sample:

Hey guys, I have a siren mod I released for Siren Mastery but I was wanting to create a vehicles.awc version as well for those who don't use Siren Mastery or for those who want the same sirens for NPC's to match their sirens in Siren Mastery. I know how to extract the files out of vehicles.awc, export to openFormats and all that jazz, but I can't figure out how to import new individual sounds (so 0x0D329446 for Police Primary, SIREN_2 for Police Secondary, POLICE_WARNING and 0x0EA58C7C for the bullhorn) and save it as vehicles.awc ready for uploading Thanks in advance

Yeah I noticed this myself. It's actually made me hesitant to update my files over small and simple things as I don't want my file pushed to the top again for no good reason.

The early alloytec's had issues with timing chains stretching but I believe it was early VZ and VE? Could be wrong. I drive a trusty ol' VT. The ecotec is bullet proof!

I'm not sure if turn signals are integrated into LSPDFR or it's a plugin, but I am trying to disable a plugin or mod that includes turn signals. I've never installed a mod specifically for turn signals so it has to be included within something. The keys it uses are K and L and the reason I am trying to find out what is causing it is because I have other mods that require use of those keys so it's a pain in the ass when my signals come on. My mod list is pretty extensive but there's nothing rare, custom or obscure in there so it'll be one of the popular LSPDFR plugins. I just have no idea which one. Hoping someone knows which mod has turn signals includes as an option so I can disable it. Thanks in advance

Hey guys, Just wondering if someone could suggest a decent script or plugin that'll enable wheel locking so when I exit a vehicle the wheels will stay in position. I did try More Control V, but like many others it appears to crash on loading. Thanks in advance

I'm facing an odd issue here. Basically, when ever I add a black livery to a vehicle I get a slight tinge from a another livery on the same vehicle. I know it's related to the liveries as my LAPD version installed in police3 (car in question is sheriff2) does not have the tinge whereas the sheriff2 does have a tinge which is clearly from the skin. I've tried removing that particular sheriff skin to no avail :( Suspected culprit: The Highway Patrol livery that has a tinge from the above skin: Any fixes that people know of?

I've never seen (or not that I know of) a supervisor car in Australia. They are easy to spot overseas in say, LAPD or CHP form but never in Australia. Are they usually just slicktops or?

I saw a (Victoria) Highway Patrol Terrorstory today for the first time up in Emerald. Thought they only used Falcons and Commodores! I might give a Highway Patrol livery a crack

Hey guys, I'm attempting to add a couple cars to the policeold1 and policeold2 slots from the CHP pack and I have carvariations and vehicles meta settings to add, but the instructions don't actually say where I can find the correct carvariations , vehicles meta to edit and the location of the actual models themselves. Not sure if I've missed something but I'm hoping somebody can shed some light! I'm usually fine with installing car mods but the CHP pack instructions seem to be all over the place. Thanks in advance
