Anyway, I'm sitting here all said because I can't afford a new pc and I've got an Intel dual core crap processor and an Intel graphics card which barely runs GTA IV, it's incredibly laggy, and it won't run Cryenb on even Very Low settings. Clearly I won't be playing LSPDFR.

Speaking of 9/10s... I've noticed that recently every time I get any sort of callout at all, 9/10 times its a disregard. Very annoying, not sure what I'm doing wrong.

Actually, it usually happens when it can't spawn a required object. I'm not sure what the solution is.

Thats exactly what I was doing.. Running it through launchgtaiv.exe. It crashes on startup. Anyway, my hard drive apparently got stuffed up. Windows apparently detected an error and decided to restart to repair the hard drive and it worked! Windows actually did something ****ing useful for once!

I was wondering if anyone's steam did an automatic update and they can't open it anymore? Happened to me, I run steam, goes through the stupid update thing, and Bam! Failed to load SteamUI.dll. This apparently means I can't play GTA IV because loading it without steam causes the game to crash without even opening. What should I do?

Try removing any other modifications you are running. If that doesn't work, try re-installing LCPDFR with the manual installation and then ELS afterwards.

It's a legitimate copy. Purchased on steam.

I'm running multiple GTAIV folders, and it doesn't work in any of them. One of those folders is a completely unmodded LCPDFR.

Well, I changed up my ELS settings a little... All of a sudden, backup units who say "I'm in the area" will work, but other units, called from elsewhere, like Noose and Prisoner Transports, still crash the game.

What do you mean by 'Give a change?' I've used vehicle mods for a long time and not had this issue, in fact I've tried multiple different vehicles and the issue still occurs.

Believed cause of crash Calling backup, NOOSE teams or Prisoner Transport. Whenever I do this, it continues as normal for about 5 seconds then crashes. It used to work absolutely fine. I've been looking at some old topics, and some people mentioned a tool to add all the Episodes from Liberty City vehicles into just the base game (Grand Theft Auto IV). I've done some searching, but I haven't been able to find such a tool. Does anyone know one? Thanks very much.
