You should simply be able to scale up the Dodge Charger template yourself to a 4K resolution. Not running GIMP so not sure of the exact method there, but for Photoshop simply open up your template, go to Image at the top, click Image Size, and set it to 4096 x 4096. The template should then resize and may lose some of its definition, but it's irrelevant because you're painting completely on top of it. Apart from that it's looking good. Hope it helps!
