well after a long absence, im starting to get some work done. the other day i started working on the bcso cvpi and impala. pics of the cvpi can be found in the gallery. today i did a little work optimizing the bmw bike for the sahp pack. i mainly worked on improving the lods, from deleting unnecessary details to welding parts together so they dont look like they came out of a shredder. also edited the "bmw" lettering on the saddlebags. the "B" was WAY too high poly for such a small detail. now its down to a reasonable amount and look just as good Went from 712 polys to 148 and you cant tell the difference even from up close

let me know if you are also going to do the bmw, because in the released model, the saddlebags and bdoy overlap in the template. so you whatever color you make the saddlebag, that section of the body will be the same. i fixed that for my sahp bike, by editing the template and mapping. so hmu if your interested, -
yea i had the same problem, i think i ended up using carbon_mesh_shader_spec or dinghyblack_spec -
