  1. In the television show "Blue Bloods" hosted by CBS, actor Tom Selleck is the Commissioner of the NYPD. His security team is usually seen driving him in this 2000 Ford Excursion. The Ford in the show features two lights behind the front grille, one light inside of each headlight (which cannot be visible when not on), two lights on the inside of the front and rear windshield, computer inside, two antennas on the roof, possibly (because it is round) a turret cover on what would be the canopy which lays inside two roof racks, tan interior, black body paint and black rims on what appears to be a standard suspension system. The vehicle acts as a form of transportation for the commissioner but does come with lights and sirens, which are rarely used in the television show but have been featured in some episodes. 2. The vehicles work fine individually, but when I replace them with what the AI's use it starts glitching the game out a bunch. When I would have this issue and the game wouldn't start, I wouldn't have a chance to access the command prompt at all, it would just pop up to the desktop saying "lcpdfr has an error blah blah blah restarting now" and automatically restart the game. Also I've tried with different vehicle mods nothing really works. Maybe there's some sort of lag fixing script that will solve my issue lol but when AI's use modded vehicles all hell breaks lose for me :(
  3. Try just messing around with your graphics settings until its better maybe... Questions- are you playing offline? does GTA IV work okay without ANY mods? Do you have any modded vehicles in the game? Sometimes the more modded vehicles the worse the lag, depending on where you replaced the vehicles. If you don't have any modded vehicles then try seeing how the game runs without any ELS files or scripts. I suggest either checking the game cache at least twice, or else reinstall the entire game and only download LCPDFR and avoid using unnecessary scripts especially like the traffic script, because the traffic script basically saves the game every 15 seconds which could possibly make the lagging worse.
  4. So, I can replace other vehicles like FBI or noose, sometimes police2 vehicles and it all works out fine. But if I dare even replace the first police wtd and wft files my game will crash right when I press start and go to the desktop, then I have to restore my GTA IV files just to get the game working again. I have a really good gaming computer, and if you want the specs on it then feel free to ask but I don't believe that is the problem. Also, if I request Noose backup LCPDFR just stops working, the game will continue but nothing on LCPDFR will work from then on. I have to use Spark IV because OpenIV won't work for me anymore for an odd reason. I see on youtube videos people have all sorts of police packs and none of the AI police vehicles are the original types. I don't run on any special scripts except policehelper and ELS 7. I'm up to date on first response (hotfix).
  5. I'm from Clatsop county, you should make one of their skins, for city patrol they're all white and forest has dark brown on the sides, they look real nice especially on the chargers!
