  2. I'm running Windows Vista Home Premium 64-bit with 4 GB of ram and an AMD Radeon HD 5700 series. I did everything you said above. The problem does infact still exist... here's a screenshot of my GTA directory if I can figure it out..hang on lol I have attached a screenshot to my original post.
  3. Alright, I'm brand new to this, I'll do my best to not sound like a complete idiot! I do have a somewhat decent knowledge about computers... Anyway, I have just downloaded GTA IV off of steam onto my computer. It's version 1.0.7.0. I have the native simple trainer installed (only mod installed) which is working just fine, I installed LCPDFR and then GTA wouldn't open, then I finally got GTA to open and my trainer didn't work, nor LCPDFR...(feel my pain?) I tried installing the automatic one, with no luck, but I did the manual installation first and I simply dragged the files into the GTA directory as directed, and crash, crash, and if the game doesn't crash, my trainer does not work, neither does LCPDFR. So either way if anyone knows what the problem is you'd be a great help as I'm dying to play this!!! It's got to be something stupid too. It's LCPDFR version 1.0c btw. Thanks if y'all can help me out
