I custom made this for a friend of mine so he could use it in his videos. This will be the ONLY Dayton skin I release. A rating would be greatly appreciated.

You can do this by editing the {GTA V}\plugins\lspdfr\VocalDispatch\default.xml file to reflect the appropriate words in your language and changing the locale setting in {GTA V}\plugins\lspdfr\VocalDispatch.ini. If community contributors wish to translate the files and upload them for a certain language, I will add them here.

Lighting Stage 1: All Rear-Facing Lights
 
Lighting Stage 2: All primary lights, minus Wig-Wags/Takedowns (Only Extra 1 and 4. It's suppose to be 1, 2, 3 and 4. But ELS doesn't work that way)

Installation:
- Pretty simple install. Use OpenIV or SparkIV to replace "noose" in your vehicles.img (or whichever other vehicle slot you wish to use this Charger in.
- I recommend using the flash patterns included in the download pack. Pre-configured to reflect the real life patterns used by MCSO.

Hi all, 
This vehicle pack was a collaboration with CoryMP33 and I. He brought forward a lot of brilliant ideas that I did my best to put on the vehicles.
One of the key features of the traffic enforcement pack was that the vehicles feature a department neutral skin, so you can patrol anywhere in San Andreas and not feel like you are crossing jurisdiction lines!
In addition, each vehicle had both a stealth vehicle enforcement look and a more prominent patrol look. 
Using  Illusionary's vehicle stripe, Cory and I were able to situate it nicely to a variety of vehicles, especially Carper's and Bug's brand new chargers. 
None of the vehicles shown in the pictures are mine!
Potential Sheriff variation in the near future so stay tuned!

i did a reskin of the Highway patrol to San Andreas State Patrol it wil replace the North Yankton cop
openiv goto : update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday3ng/dlc.rpf/x64/models/cdimages/patchday3ng.rpf and replace  S_M_M_snowcop_01
then go to x64e.rpf/models/cdimages/pedprops.rpf and replace s_m_m_snowcop_01_p 
don't forget to backup your files !!!!!!!!!!!

Here is another model from the Griffith Police Department in Indiana that I made to go with the Impala that I have recently uploaded. Im not sure if Griffith has a 2015 model but it is an imitation of the 2013 mainly because I didnt have a good 2013 model. Hey guys, welcome to my first texture set. I really wanted to make a set that used real CHP vehicles, and put the realism of each skin above all else. With that said, there is one part of each skin that is not on current CHP units and that is the 'Thin Blue Line' flag, but I felt it added a lot to the skin and really wanted it on there.
The goal for this project is to eventually encompass the entire Los Angeles Emergency Services vehicular arsenal, which will include:
Ambulances, Firetrucks, Sheriffs Office, LAPD, and  CHP CREDITS:
Templates: F5544, Desmond98, PimDSLR, Thehurk
Door CHP star: Google, modified by JAbrahamson
I also want to thank my brother, for sending me really great photos of his CHP Explorer and some Crown Vics to help me build these as accurately as possible.

Just A Plate Checker is simply that. This mod can be used with "The Menu" without simulating key presses.
The Menu http://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/10274-the-menu Options:
  Target: LSPDFR-Just A Plate Checker
  Options:
    Check (Checks Closest Vehicles Plates)
    Check Pulled Over (Checks The Currently Pulled Over Vehicles Plates)
The Menu Example:
 
<MenuItem Title="Closest Registration Check"> <Animation>random@arrests|radio_enter</Animation> <Plugin Target="LSPDFR-Just A Plate Checker">Check</Plugin>           </MenuItem>   So when you select that menu item, it will do 2 things, it will animate the player to do a radio animation. It will then tell this mod to check the plates of the closest vehicle.

INSTALLATION:
  Place Both "Just A Plate Checker.dll" and "Just A Plate Checker.ini" Into [GTAV Root]\Plugins\LSPDFR
  Place "CQoute.Common.dll" into the GTA V root folder
  Once on duty, this plugin will become active.
NOTES:
  The Hotkey will only do closest vehicle checks. You can disable hotkey alltogether or chang it through the ini file, If you disable the HotKey then you must rely on "The Menu".

My second modification is a edit of the Roosevelt model from the Valentines DLC, Installation instructions can be found in the read me included in the download. 
 
Note that I still haven't figured out how to make breakable windows as such this model does not have any.

Here Is a 2015 Dodge charger specially made for Valentines day. It features a heart shape light bar made by yours truly and pink ELS. It was just something random that I made for Shits and giggles, I was also bored at the time as well. So anyways I hope you guys enjoy it and Happy Valentine's Day. I will be making other festive cars as well so please keep an eye out for that as well. I will have a better version of the model up tomorrow. So if there are any errors with the model or the lights please report it in the comments so I can fix it.

There are no hot keys, You enable this mod by typing in the console.
Type the following into the console to activate various items.
fpst = Toggle FPS on screen
fps = print FPS in console
loc1 = Toggle location in top left corner
loc2 = toggle location bottom center
host = See if your host

Not much of a mini pack anymore eh? A Los Santos sheriff pack that is fitted for just about every model I cared to add.
