The wording is everything. Based on the physical evidence and the witness testimony that has been presented, I personally don't believe that "a white cop shot an unarmed black teen". Race should have nothing to do with anything, and the facts of the case provide indications beyond a reasonable doubt that what actually happened was:

A police officer lawfully used lethal force to neutralize a suspect that posed an imminent threat after committing multiple felony crimes and failing to comply with lawful orders to stop.

Those are the facts relevant to the case, and a court cannot find the officer "guilty" when he hasn't broken any laws.

George Zimmerman went free because as defined by law, he committed no crimes. Was he stupid and irresponsible, yes, but he did not break the law and you can't put someone in jail that is innocent.

^^^ This.^^^ If people would take the time to understand the facts and reasonably understand and apply the law, then no one would be protesting over this incident in the first place.

Personally, I'm all for justice and I respect the law and the process. If the facts turn out to prove that Officer Wilson violated the law or department policy, then he should be fired and charged in order to ensure justice is served. But so far, the facts and evidence indicate that his actions were well within his rights as a person and a police officer, and the bounds of the law, and these protesters screaming for "justice" refuse to even acknowledge the possibility that justice may have already been served.

I wish people who disagree with the law and think we need to change things would direct their frustration at the politicians that make the laws, not the police officers on the street that are bound to comply with and enforce them.

NOTE: THIS IS A CONDENSED, SUPPLEMENTARY GUIDE.  LCPDFR 1.0 COMES WITH A PDF GUIDE DETAILING HOW TO MANUALLY INSTALL IT.  THIS GUIDE ALSO EXPLAINS HOW TO CONFIGURE LCPDFR 1.0 AFTER INSTALLING IT.  IT CAN BE FOUND HERE: http://dl-03.x4b.lcpdfr.com/downloads/cache/4607/LCPDFR%20Manual%20Install%20Guide.pdf?st=kjmAyetrGdq2djSNKUfNTA&e=1388432600&p=2116&g17securedownload

LCPDFR 1.0 comes in two forms: as an automatic installer, or as a manual installation package.  If you're having trouble installing LCPDFR 1.0 with the installer, or if LCPDFR 1.0 doesn't work after using the installer, we recommend that you re-install using the manual installation package instead.  This is actually really quick and easy to do.

Install Microsoft .Net Framework 4.5 and Visual C++ Redistributable 2010 ( x86) and 2012 (x86) and DirectX runtimes

If you do not already have these installed, or aren't sure, you should download them and install them from:

    http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30653
http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30679 (please only download and install the x86 one)
    http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=5555
    http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=35

LCPDFR 1.0 requires all of these to be installed before it can be installed.

Downloading the LCPDFR 1.0 Manual Install Package

You can download the manual install package here: http://www.lcpdfr.com/files/download/4607-lcpd-first-response/

Simply select 'LCPDFR 1.0 Manual Install.zip' from the list of files that is presented to you by clicking its download button after accepting the disclaimer:

Extracting the LCPDFR 1.0 Manual Install Package

Once the file has been downloaded, you'll need to extract it as it is a compressed (.zip) folder.  To do this, simply right click on the file and select 'Extract all' if using Windows Compressed Folders utility, or by selecting 'Extract files...' if using WinRAR.

Once the files have been extracted, you'll have a new folder called LCPDFR 1.0 Manual Install.  Open this, and you'll see a list of files like so:

Installing LCPDFR 1.0 with the LCPDFR 1.0 Manual Install Package

To install LCPDFR 1.0, all you need to do now is select all of these files (CTRL + A), and copy them by pressing CTRL + C.

Now, navigate to your root GTA IV directory, where GTAIV.exe or EFLC.exe is, and paste the files into it, being sure to replace any files it asks you to, like so:
(note that the only files that will be replaced are LCPDFR files)

Once this is complete, your GTA IV directory should now look like:

    Selecting an ASI Loader:

You'll notice that there is a folder called 'LCPDFR Install (ASI Loaders).  This contains two files (xlive.dll and dsound.dll) which are ASI loaders.  They load ScriptHookDotNet.asi into the game, allowing it to load LCPDFR.  You need to select one of these ASI loaders (xlive.dll also disables Games for Windows Live, useful if you don't play multiplayer and don't want annoyed by it, otherwise select dsound.dll) and place it into your root GTA IV directory.

Once done, your GTA IV directory will now have all of the LCPDFR files and folders, as well was either xlive.dll OR dsound.dll.  DO NOT USE BOTH.

You can now delete the 'LCPDFR Install (ASI Loaders)' folder, and LCPDFR 1.0 is now installed.

Install everything he said but BEFORE you install LCPD:FR, start GTA and make sure it works and that your computer will run it. Then after you've tested it and know the game runs on your machine then you can make a backup of the GTA IV folder and then install LCPD:FR and whatever else you want. I say test the game prior to installing LCPD:FR because if the game doesn't run after FR is installed then you know where your issue is. Making a backup will take a few minutes but it will save you a lot of time when you don't have to re-install the game if you screw something up. Worry about car mods, script mods, player mods, etc after you have everything running smoothly and test the game after installing something. Its hard to troubleshoot when you install 15 mods at once and the game doesn't work
