  1. It worked temporarily actually, I was able to get into the game today. So I let the game save, exited out, installed LCPDfr, and now its back to endless loading.I know its not the mod doing it, because I had the issues prior to the mod.
  2. Thank you.I tried that, and unfortunately, it didn't work.I still get the endless character screen. It only happens on my windows 8.1 computer.
  3. I wasn't able to get GTA IV to work on my windows 8.1. The game would start, but I'd get stuck at the character screen constantly looping.Have to use my windows 7.
  4. Last night I installed the mod for the first time and went into the game.alt+p worked just fine.I went to the police station and went on duty. And in a youtube video it was suggested to test your weapons before patrol.so I tried the tazer and would not come up.I pressed T twice. I tried holding the caps for the menu(with and without alt) but that didn't work.Thought it was a mod issue.I exited the game and restarted, decided to test the game without starting the mod.I was able to drive my car around, hi-jack cars, and walk. But I couldn't use weapons or anything like that. Its like all my controls are broken. This is a legitimate copy of the game.Bought from amazon.com and added to steam.
  5. For Some reason GTA won't recognize my wheel, so unfortunately, no I don't.
