Last night I installed the mod for the first time and went into the game.alt+p worked just fine.I went to the police station and went on duty.And in a youtube video it was suggested to test your weapons before patrol.so I tried the tazer and would not come up.I pressed T twice. I tried holding the caps for the menu(with and without alt) but that didn't work.Thought it was a mod issue.I exited the game and restarted, decided to test the game without starting the mod.I was able to drive my car around, hi-jack cars, and walk.But I couldn't use weapons or anything like that.Its like all my controls are broken.

 

This is a legitimate copy of the game.Bought from amazon.com and added to steam.
