Hello! thanks for the response, i think i figured it out, i was using the mod callout interface and the ALPR Lite at the same time, i removed the ALPR Lite and now it works fine!

So i have a problem with the headlights of some vehicles, i have installed the natural vision mod, visualv and make visuals great again, the els lights work fine

Yeah, i saw what you say in other post and i deleted this files (sheriff, police4, etc) and now it's working, ty

I dont have a lot of mods installed, and this problem happens only in the slot sheriff, police4 and pranger.
